Used it several times already and I like it.
Easy to use both out and rewinding. Like metric and inch marking readability.

Good for construction
I have used it for construction of car ports and measuring for fences. It is a good tape but could use improvement how it winds back up. If you roll it back up without paying attention, it can go right up against the sides and create friction. It's better to roll it up while holding it tilted slightly to one side and then it only touches one side when it is spooled up.

Fiberglas tape is a bit fragile
It's good, but nothing worth writing home about. Starting to fall apart already.

I used the Lufkin tape measure at work for many years. This purchase was for home use and the quality has been the same (only 2 months).

Bought this Lufkin off previous purchases - won't again
Too narrow a tape for serious and continuous use - a month's worth of VA appraisal work in the best of weather and tape kinked/twisted at about 30' - only limitedly useful at best Went to an enclosed Milwaukee smaller/dirt guard/handy tote strap same length and very similar in price - three months in/similar conditions and zero issues - Done with Lufkin

Good if you measure in inches
This is a fine tape, decent quality, perfectly acceptable for the price, but it is an imperial tape, with metric on the back. When you hook the end to blockwork, timber, etc, metric is on the underside. Should have noted the other review that said the same thing. Disappointed.
