Best detergent
I am scent sensitive and this product is totally scent free. I love that. It cleans the clothing well. I use less than the recommended amount and, without fail, the laundry comes out of the HE front load machine nice and clean and without any perfume smells. It is used with the gentle cycle as well as the heavy duty cycle with the same results. The bottle is easy to manage. My only comment would be around the inside ‘lip’ of the container; when you shake it before pouring, some of the liquid pools and (without fail) I end up with some on the floor when I pour. The spill is worth it for the product inside (and my floor gets a little bonus wash lol).

I’m giving Tide Free & Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent 5 stars because it does a great job cleaning clothes while still being gentle on skin. I like that it is free of dyes and perfumes, which makes it a good choice for people who are sensitive to strong scents or regular scented detergents. The cleaning quality is very good. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and soft without any heavy fragrance left behind. It works well for everyday laundry like shirts, towels, bedding, and kids’ clothes. I also appreciate that it dissolves well in the wash and does not leave residue on clothes when used correctly. The size is also convenient. The 84 fl oz bottle gives 64 loads, so it lasts a good amount of time and feels like a good value. The bottle is easy to store, and the cap makes it simple to measure the right amount. The scent is very mild, which is exactly what I wanted. It does not have that strong perfume smell that some detergents have, but the laundry still feels clean. The strength is good enough for regular stains and daily use, while still being gentle enough for sensitive skin. Overall, this is a dependable detergent with good cleaning power, a gentle formula, and no overpowering scent.
