I have ordered these twice now. My family and I are addicted to them. They are a little bit too spicy for my taste but I suffer through it🤡

Very good snack sticks but way over priced. For one thing they are not pure Bison but Bison and Beef. Made in America and tasty but just too pricey.

Flavor was excellent and they were soft!

The nicest thing about these bison meat sticks is the purity of flavor. So often, there’s a chemical flavor underlying a processed meat snack, but that is not the experience here. Instead, there’s a strong beef-like taste with gamey undertones - I’ve never had bison any other way, so I don’t know how accurate that is as a description of the flavor - paired with the sweet-saltiness of teriyaki sauce. It’s really nice. The texture is pleasant too; each bite is firm but not hard or super chewy.

The family verdict on these bison sticks is mainly positive - they are pleasant to eat, dense without being chewy, and work well as an ‘on the go’ snack. There’s no refrigeration needed, they’re tightly packaged so that the stick is protected until it’s ready to eat, and easy to put in a backpack. Plus an 8 month shelf life. It’s only an ounce of meat but feels more substantial and filling than that - the ‘Bison Fuel’ name is very appropriate.The only thing stopping these from getting a higher score is that they taste just like any other beef stick that doesn’t contain any bison; we were expecting a more distinctive flavor but it’s not there. And that brings the value into question: at $2.50 each stick, these are about 3 times as expensive as the leading brand, ounce for ounce, but have no clear advantage except being from a smaller family business.

These bison sticks were soo tasty. They had a great bite and a nice spice to them. I would definitely recommend these and they were a great price. This would make a great gift for any jerky lover.

These meat sticks are a good option for anyone trying to snack healthier and eat protein instead of sugar. The bison is a nice change from beef sticks because they're leaner and don't leave that gross mouth feel like you ate lard not meat. Instead these have a leaner and cleaner texture in my mouth which I really like. The Original tastes like black pepper and the Teriyaki tastes like you expect but with a softer texture that even my friend who had a tooth problem at the time was able to eat.

These sticks are easy to eat. Not a hard chewy jerky stick but nice and soft, almost smooth feeling. The flavor is full and really tangy. Did not have any gamey flavor to them either. I rather enjoyed them. One stick is plenty filling for a snack. Great for the trail or road trips.
