Fake inferior Chinese product
Fake, this is not Josen of Beauty Korean sunscreen. This is a cloudy fake product made in China and is highly suspect. DO NOT purchase.

This is not a Joseon product
This sunscreen leaves a white cast and is too moisturizing for my skin.

Sunscreen
During the summer, I use a light sunscreen as my face lotion every day. I am very picky, as I am bothered by the coconut beachy smell of most sunscreens. This cream does not have any scent, which I appreciated. It had a creamy feeling which was thicker than I usually like.I am not sure what the benefits of having probiotics in sunscreen are, but I trust that it has benefits. It says that it has lactobacillus, pumpkin ferment extract, bacillus, soybean ferment extract, and rice ferment. The instructions are interesting: "use a gently pressing method to effectively prevent rubbing mud." I am not sure what that means but it isn't really necessary to know. So, when it is summer, I will try out the sunscreen outside and see how it actually works, but the sensory experience is fine, not amazing.

Korean Rice Sunscreen
Since I received this during winter when all of my skin is covered in several layers whenever I go outside, and even if it wasn't there's not enough sun to have any effect regardless, I had to get creative to test this.I put three dabs of UV-cure gel nail polish in a ziploc bag and sealed it flat. I left one uncovered, smeared this sunscreen over another, and smeared regular non-sunscreen lotion over the last one. Then I put all three under a UV lamp to cure. From the other side of the bag I was able to see how the nail polish had fared. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the unprotected dab and the one under the regular lotion had cured, and the one under the sunscreen mostly hadn't, so it seems to do the job.I also rubbed some into my skin to make sure I'd tested that part of things and it had no ill effects (softer, if anything).I look forward to using this when the sun comes back.

low quality product
The bottle has many, obvious spelling/grammatical errors in the instructions. The actual skin product was very thick and felt like putting any other basic sunscreen on my face. On the plus side, it did not make me break out. However, I still would not recommend this to others.
