The Quest Q20 metal detector uses the frequency of 9 kHz. It is easily assembled and thanks to the three modular rods, it can be adjusted between 80 and 130 cm. It has a waterproof 9 × 5 cm TurboD plate and a rechargeable lithium battery, which can also be charged via the USB port on your computer. The Quest Q20 allows its user to adjust the volume, sensitivity and metal discrimination. The ground can be searched automatically or manually. You can use one of the three preset programmes, selecting between Coin Mode, Jewellery Mode and All Metal Mode, allowing you to start searching right away with standard settings. Volume control rainproof light weight rechargeable battery
Good detector bought for my lad but find it easy to use than my garrett nice tones and very light and sound easy on the ears even through the speaker good battery power converts down to easily transport only down side as said it as backlight but doesn't and manual ground balance but doesn't seem to make any difference but i like it that much that i am tempted to sell my garrett 400i to by quest 40 also rainproof
