Power's Thru to get the Work Done
I've never used a chain saw before but needed extra power to cut through a line of 2-3 inch bush branches. It easily cut through everything. I had been using a variety of garden tools around the yard that took a great deal of time and effort. So this was an amazing change to get it done. And I was able to work in the early morning without bothering my neighbors. It is a quality product that will hopefully last through many years of other projects. It comes with an extra chain and battery, a nice storage case, as well as gloves and goggles. If you need them, customer service is wonderful-they responded very quickly to send another user's manual after (I was embarrassed to admit) my dog ripped mine into many pieces.

Does not last.
Unfortunately this little chainsaw stopped working after using it only 4 times. Batteries fully charged tried cutting a half dollar size branch, running i put it on the branch it turns off. Won't cut anything. What a disappointment. It says in the advertisement even a grandma could use this. Well I am 60 yrs old and it is light weight. Doesn't do any good if it cuts off. Even without cutting a branch it will start and than it won't. It was good until it wasn't. Going to try to contact company if I can find there information?? If I am not able to contact company I take the financial loss and remain with a product that will not work.

Works well, so far.
For the short time I've had it, it seems to work well and the price is exceptional. I'll revisit the review in a few months with more frequent use.

5 Stars for seller customer service!
The chainsaw worked well the few times I used it, but then it just wouldn't turn on at all. It was less than a month since my purchase, so I contacted the seller for the warranty policy, and they responded within minutes and offered a full refund. I am very happy with the level of customer service. As other reviews have mentioned, the chainsaw overheats quickly and shuts off for a few minutes to cool down. If you are in the middle of cutting a lot of branches, the shut downs (and in between cool off periods) are pretty disruptive! Also, the oil filler must be manually pumped to inject oil onto the chain, which is not mentioned in the manual. A battery level gauge would have been a great feature to have, as I didn't know if the shut down was caused by overheating or battery life.

Great little saw!!
I do write reviews but not before thoroughly testing the product. I bought this little chainsaw a few months ago just knowing at some point my dying walnut tree would drop limbs and Sure enough we had a wind storm today and BAM, big limb fell breaking my fence. This is the first time i used this chainsaw. Over the winter I charged the 2 batteries that came with it. I took it out to hack up this limb and to be honest, before I even started i thought it was going to either run out of battery or not cut through the limb. After cutting the first piece then the second until I was done cutting the entire limb up....on the first battery. At thickest part it was at least 6-8" around and this saw didnt flinch. And in case you were wondering i am not getting paid to say this nor did I get a free product. I bought this and just tried it out and it was amazing.I would highly recommend for branches and limbs, it's not going to cut a tree down by no means but it will hold it's own on bigger branches.

Impressive little saw
This is a handy little saw. It's simple and light weight and pretty dang good for cutting saplings and small branches. I've cut several 4 inch limbs with it, and had no trouble. Take your time, let the saw do the work, and you'll be happy with it.

OK for $32
I am writing this review, because I hate companies that advertise false features. (Yes, I know they all do it.) But this thing does work, and it was only $32, so I am giving it 3 stars (instead of 1). I understand not everyone has money to throw around on a saw, but at least know what you are getting.Pros:- Does cut 1" limbs- Has a full blade guard (I don't know why any of these dangerous saws are sold with partial blade guards)- Comes with a case you can use for something else- Maybe can reuse the charger- It was $32- If you use this once and throw it away, it was probably worth itCons:- False advertising: Does not have a chain self-oiler. It does have an onboard oil container, but it is so small that it's almost impossible to get any oil into it without spilling all over the place (which I did). And then to oil the chain, you have to pump a bulb. I am actually not sure if any oil actually got to the chain- False advertising: Does not have 2.0ah batteries. If you have handled a 2.0ah battery (any brand you would find at a hardware store), you will immediately know these cannot be that size. They are very light. One battery barely lasted 10 minutes of use- Don't use the "safety" glasses. Mine had broken plastic lenses. You will likely get plastic in your eye if anything hits them- The tool overheated and shut down. I thought I had burned out the motor. After letting it sit for a half hour, it worked again. Not sure if it's OK or notNot bad for $32. Not worth anything more than that. I see a lot of similar saws on here selling for double or triple the price; don't buy those! So I guess I am endorsing this one over all the others, unless you can spring for the Skil on sale at $100.

Good
This worked very well cutting 2”-3” branches or trees. I’m too nervous using a gas chainsaw and this is perfect. It’s light weight and the battery lasted longer than expected. My only issue I has was the safety glasses were cracked when received, but no big deal.
