Disney Princess Transforming Beast Doll

So I love this doll to death! There are a few flaws however: the beasts head is pretty hard to get on as several reviews have mentioned... so be careful with Prince Adams hair(/pony tail) when trying to put it on. His writs rotate so I think that this could also be a potential problem for a child if they were to break it. I have read the other reviews saying that the outfit is a bit fragile as well, but thus far I haven't had a problem with that... then again, I'm an adult so yeah. I'd say this item is more for an adult than a child, and even my parents agreed on that and I have 3 nieces... so yeah, just try to be careful with it and you should be good :).I love how you can make it move in any position imaginable, but do please be careful again! This item is great for any Beauty and the Beast fans out there! I absolutely am in love!

Awesome toy! My daughter love it a lot. Toy is very well constructed, better than the one we saw exclusively at the disney store. Highly recommended.

The picture was misleading. The head is not attached to the jacket and the hands are not plastic-they look like stuffed animal hands and are sewed onto the jacket upside down. The boots are thin and have a split in the back. I assume this is for ease in dressing the doll, but GI Joes boots are a whole shoe and go on no problem. Being from the Disney store, I thought there would be more attention to detail and if I saw this in person at the store, I would not have bought it.

This picture is wrong. I got a different, uglier beast that is not the one pictured on here! I specifically wanted the one that is pictured. I sent it back. False advertising!!!

I hate when Mattel or Disney go cheap on these dolls and they are made with a hard plastic leg that doesn't bend, looks awkward in positioning him at a table or something - has a very handsome face however. Neck is also not a ball joint so only swivels side to side, still common in most "Ken" type dolls but not all - for the price listed I hoped for more.

I bought this for my two year old niece who loves the beast. It is a nice toy but unfortunately it does not function as smoothly as it does on the television ads. It is actually pretty tough to get the head on and off the prince. It is not a quick function- it is about a five minute process. It is impossible for a child and difficult for an adult. A little disappointing!

Meine Tochter hat sich zu Ihrem 4. Geburtstag die "Belle" aus "Die Schöne und das Biest" gewünscht. Auf weitere Nachfragen wünschte sie sich auch das Biest. Das Biest? Gibt es nicht - war mein erster Gedanke. Dann habe ich bei Amazon gesucht - und das Biest gefunden - sogar als Prinz - perfekt - und gleich bestellt. Der Service des Händlers war top, der Prinz kam aus USA und war superpünktlich bei uns. Ich bin hochzufrieden und unsere Tochter hat gejauchzt, als sie die Verwandlungsfähigkeit des Prinzen / Biestes bemerkt hat. Mit der ebenfalls zum Geburtstag geschenkten Belle ist sie nun glücklich und spielt intensiv mit den beiden Figuren. Vielleicht ist das Rollenspiel daran auch pädagogisch wertvoll - ich habe meine Ambitionen, nur hochwertiges pädagogisch wertvolles Öko-Spielzeug zu verschenken, mittlerweile über Bord geworfen. Unsere Tochter spielt damit, ist glücklich und zeigt die Puppen stolz ihren Freundinnen - was will ich mehr?

First, My five year old loves her doll.It is well made with nice accessories. I was disappointed however that the first image of the doll was not the one that was delivered. The picture has the prince with a wisp of hair on his forehead and he has a more handsome face than other dolls from Disney. I should have looked at all the pictures on Amazon and queried it with the retailer so wanted to alert other buyers before they purchase. We specifically chose this more expensive doll based on the picture but could have purchased the same doll direct from the Disney store for £15 less.

Enfin la Bête avec une tête plutôt sympathique, les autres faisaient peur à ma fille. Il est très ressemblant, il était temps que Mattel s'y remette car les autres poupées disney qu'on trouve sur le marché ne sont pas vraiment réussies.Ne soyez pas surpris d'une chose, la tête du prince est toute molle pour faciliter l'enfilage du costume de la bête, cependant c'est quand même un casse-tête pour des petites mains de le faire seules donc maman aide tout le temps. Ça reste un bon produit moins cher sur Amazon que dans les commerces.

Je suis vraiment contente de mon achat. Nous possédions déjà Belle, mais il nous manquait son prince charmant. Sur les sites officiels Disney il n'est pas aussi beau ! Ici la tête amovible de la Bête est entièrement en plastique, ce qui le rend bien plus réelle ! C'est un magnifique produit que je recommande vivement à tous les fans de ce film, petits ou grands !!!!
