Marvin's Magic Silver Rainbow Markers 12 Pack - Drawing Pens, Age 5+

Absolutely wonderful. My grandaughter loved them.

These look really good have brought as Xmas presents for my gran children they will love them as they like drawing and writing

These are brilliant set of 12 markers that have a silver background mixed with a coloured ink that once put to paper or card or any other substrate the ink splits to the outside of the line drawn and the metallic silver paint stays in the centre giving a nice sort of flowing rainbow effect. You do have to press down a few times to get the ink flowing but once it does it flows nice and smooth and evenly and gives a really cool effect that everybody would love. These pens would be amazing for card makers particularly using dark coloured card like blues, blacks, dark greens etc and will be brilliant for Christmas cards or birthday cards. In general a really cool set of pens that work out a couple of pounds each so they're not going to break the bank and they'll be enjoyed by all young and old. Hope this helps.....

These are some fun pens! Come out silver but edged with the colour! When you first use them you have to press the tip onto the top of the pen lid to release any air then pump the pen up and down until the ink flows then you can write away. The pack comes with spare nibs which is great. The only downside is that I got these for my 6yr old daughter. They let off fumes which I would expect with markers but It does say from 3yrs plus so I assumed it wouldn’t. Great set though.

These awesome pens are so easy for me to use, and I’m delighted with how they look with their cool silver and rainbow finish. The pens are very good quality and I like how strong sturdy and durable they are because that means that they will last me a long time. The pens are very comfortable for me to hold and also quite light weight also I’ve not had any issues with using them. I’m pleased with the variety of different colours within the pack and I feel that they are brilliant for using when I’m writing cards. These pens haven’t leaked at all and I’ve not had any of them break. They’ve all worked very smoothly for me and I like how the writing looks when I finished. Plus they also don’t take long to dry at all. I think they are very good value for money and I happily recommend them and I’d definitely have them again.

These markers seem decent, being a gift for one of our granddaughters. They write well and their coverage is great. She uses them to decorate card and also design patterns on rocks and pebbles, that will be varnished later. All of that is done well and enjoyed. BUT.... These markers seem to give of a smell when in use that is not enjoyable at all. It is the type of smell that is a little concerning, especially when a child is using them. It was our granddaughter who first mentioned it to us, well her parents also noticed from the smell. She has stopped using these altogether, her parents in full agreement with that. The pens in their ability to write and colour are good. But the rather pungent and concerning smell when in use is just a "NO". Not recommended. I hope this helps.

These are good quality Rainbow marker pens. Brilliant pens for writing, drawing and painting. They flow very easily and swiftly. Please be mindful that when using these pens for the very first time as you have to push the nib down into the pen to activate the flow of paint when you first use them. Put the tip onto paper, apply a little pressure by pushing down onto the paper - you'll feel the nib recede into the pen - hold for a few seconds until you see the paint flow into the tip and away you go - you're ready to create your artwork. Comes in a nice presentable box so can be given as a gift to someone who loves arts and crafts. Lots of colour shades to choose from. All in all these are really good pens perfect for doing arts and crafts or for writing on a greeting card. Hope you find this helpful.
