These clippers cut very well as we had to trim a lot of dead stems & twigs off of a potted gardenia. They are easy to hold & smooth to operate, the blades are very sharp so the cut is smooth as well. Low cost helps too!

Best garden clippers ever! I have bought and used a lot of different clippers and shears over the years. These are the best. The cut smoothly, clean easily, and help me deadhead flowers, cut weeds, prune small bushes, and more. I have arthritis in my hands so I need sharp tools that work with little effort. These are just right. My advice is, buy these!

These are wonderful shears! I use them daily in my garden especially for my rose bushes. I wipe them down with rubbing alcohol after every use, keeps them brand new! Well made, comfortable in my medium female hand, very sharp and precise. Highly recommend!

Even tho it was past return time, Amazon refunded my money. Seller contacted me thru Amazon and offered free replacement. I accepted tho was not expecting much. I have to say these pruning shears do work well. The "hand feel" is much better than first pair received. I've used them several times over the past 2 weeks on rose canes, wild grape vines, small maple saplings and have had no problems. I've upgraded rating from 1 star to 4 stars due to performance of shears and how impressed I was with seller's Customer Service.Second time I used these pruning shears they fell apart in my hand. I felt a piece hit my glove, but who knows where it landed. Perhaps I'll find it when I clear the flower beds in the Fall, but I'm not counting on it. So extremely disappointed in GrowIt 8.5" Professional Titanium Bypass Pruning Shears. If I could have given negative star review, I would have. The first day I cut two roses from one of my bushes, first was a nice clean cut but second rose it pinched off rather than clean cut off. Second time I used them - well, you can see in the picture that the shears fell apart. What a waste of money! Horrible product!

The shears are efficient, easy to use, with a grip that fits my medium sized hand. The safety feature for locking the shears is clearly accessible. My arthritic fingers are able to squeeze the grip without any pain. I comfortably cleared away the tall weeds lining my fence. I am very happy with this set of clippers.

Am not regretting purchasing these Japanese Pruning Shears. I think maybe the label as having Japanese Steel is a gimmick but they are solid cutters, no wobble like others. A few times the locking switch moved to lock after cutting. User def. needs bigger hands like a male vs females may have difficulty using them. They cut through green wood with ease. I've used shears with a finger guard which is hard to use with gloves. these do not have that. Foam on grips are cushy but after an hour, my hand was sore. Not use to going that long. konichywah

Fit hand easily, very sharp blades, grip is good for arthritis!

The shears cut very well. However my first use the spring popped off and unfortunately I can’t seem to find where it sprang off to. They are still usable but a little more difficult and I’ll probably purchase a different set of shears.

Lock doesn’t know work properly

I was able to cut down a lot more thick branches and it was done with a smooth clean cut. Highly recommend it

Diese Gartenschere ist unbrauchbar. Die Achse, um die sich die Verriegelung drehen sollte, ist kaputt. Dadurch werden die Schermesser arretiert. Der Fehler stellte sich sofort beim ersten Schneideversuch ein, ist also nicht durch übermäßige Nutzung verursacht.

Do not buy this item ! I've used them literally 6 times and they have just fallen apart ad my photos show . Absolutely disgraceful. The holding clip has disintegrated and the siver metal foil that gives the resistance in the middle has sprung off into the bushes .Im going to demand a refund somehow but please please do not buy this item!
