WARRENTY NEVER KICKED IN. AUTOMATIC REFUND.
The product I had covered under warranty did not last the entire manufacturer 30 days, so this warranty never was never activated. I obtained a refund on the product as well as the warranty.

Warranty Start Date
The warranty start date was 15 day before I received the item. Amazon couldn't deliver when they said they would and delayed it several times. The warranty should only start AFTER delivery.
