We have had this tap fitted since December 2020 ( so about 4 weeks ), and so far it has been sturdy, looks good and functionally has performed well. We have used the spray and normal flow function and pulled the hose out to clean around the sink unit several times. So far, there have been no issues with any of the functions. Depending on your water pressure , the spray function is powerful which is useful in many circumstances for cleaning, but can spray splashes of water about. It just takes getting used to. The tap control which sits on the side of the tap is different to the one we had before, but it is easy to use in controlling the water flow and required temperature. We had a professional plumber fit this in about an hour. For the money this has been very good value and we are pleased with our choice.

I needed a new tap for my kitchen sink, my old one is leaking badly and was cheap bad quality, which is totally the opposite of the Crea Kitchen tap with pull out shower, its a good quality tap, got a bit of weight to it, not like the chao ones, its a modern design, my one is crhrome and it comes in black and also stainless steel. £78.99 is a good price for a good quality tap, but even better, mine cost £50.77 as it had busted box and slight imperfection to the tap, but to be honest I cant see it myself, and I’m really happy i got a bargain. I do recommend this tap.

Looks the part and is relatively easy to install.Works great and doesn’t drip.My only reservation is the whole thing is a bit wobbly on my stainless steel sink. Probably not an issue on sinks made from firmer materials like granite or porcelain. So 4 stars from me but probably 5 stars for most other people.This doesn’t detract from its looks and practicality. Very nice bit of kit.

Tap looked fantastic and was easy to install however cold water feed connection is faulty and not water tight, connection leaks and is still not 100%

Tap looks fairly well made and install was straight forward but for me it converted my gravity fed hot water to a trickle. Nowhere in the description does it warn of this and with the claimed 24 hour resolution to any problem i thought i would try it... it wasnt the cheapest but i dont mind paying a bit more for service.Anyway when i emailed the manufacturer about the problem i was asked to supply pictures, what that would do i wasnt sure but i sent some, two days later they asked for a video...i sent that.Anyway days between each banal question led to the resolution from them... go and buy a different cartridge!If you have a high pressure system it should work fine but otherwise steer clear because the so called top support is not there.Now returned and replaced with one half the price and better performance.Why all taps dont show what the minimum pressure required is i dont know but if it isnt there assume its high pressure imho

I bought this to replace a slightly cheaper unit that unfortunately went wobbly, and so far so good. This is a far more solidly built unit and the fitting system is far better. It certainly has a quality look and feel overall and I really like the 2 step lever to control the flow, a useful feature. It also has a really good length hose, so as long as you are careful where the weight hangs you have great range. If I have one small criticism it's that the water feed hoses are sealed inside the unit, so if they fail for any reason they can't be replaced easily, and I would prefer to plumb the tap with proper piping instead of flexi, but that's the only niggle.Overall then, a really nice unit, we'll worth the money as it's easily as nice looking and solidly built as the big name brands.

You could pay double this price and still not feel like it is too much! Easy to install and works perfectly. The two spray patterns are really useful and looks so much better than the usual basic taps. You wont be disappointed.

Prima kraan met spaarstand. Alleen spuitstuk is wiebelig in de kraanhouder. Heeft geen solide aansluiting. Maar voor dat geld mag dat.

Reemplazo para uno similar de Jacob Delafon (fabricado por Kohler) que me costó 215€ en 2014. Se rajó el tubo interior del flexible y empezó a perder agua. Servicio al cliente de J.D. ni me contestó, por lo que compré un reemplazo en Amazon. Pero acababa en rosca 3/8" y ésta no entraba por el grifo, por lo que tuve que comprar este de CREA.Lo acabo de montar y estoy encantado con el resultado. Buen aspecto (acero cepillado), tubos conexión a red metálicos, extraíble que funciona correctamente, contrapeso que se puede instalar a posteriori (a diferencia de otros en que se tiene que insertar antes) y montaje nada complicado (como cualquier grifo extraíble). No pierde ni una gota y queda bien sujeto rosca el a mano la tuerca grande y apretando un poco los tornillos de fijación.De momento absolutamente recomendable por casi 1/3 del precio que me había costado el otro.

Il rubinetto si è rivelato di ottima fattura e facilissimo da montare. Tra l'altro viene fornito con flessibili e tubi di raccordo eccezionalmente lunghi rispetto alla media, quindi non c'è necessità di intervenire con le prolunghe. Funziona benissimo e l'acciaio satinato di cui è fatto si abbina perfettamente con il lavello e il piano di cottura.

Es war etwas schwierig die alte Armatur(Platzenge) auszubauen. Die Neue ging gut und einfach einzuschrauben. Es ist alles dabei was benötigt wird(außer Werkzeug, was klar ist), sogar Ersatzdichtung anbei. Verpackung sehr gut, Design sehr schön. Sie ist matt, also auch pflegeleicht. Der Knopf um von weichem Strahl auf Düse umzuzstellen ist schön groß.(Anleitung in english, aber für Bilder braucht es keine Sprache, geht also für Jederman). Wertigkeit....macht sehr guten Eindruck und funktioniert einwandfrei. Für die alte Armatur hatte ich fast das Doppelte bezahlt und wundere mich nun wie günstig man eine Armatur, die dann auch noch topp ist, erwerben kann.Bevor das Teil eintraf hatte ich schon Mail vom VK (nicht ganz einwandfreiues deutsch aber verständlich), ob Artikel schon erhalten, ob alles ok und wenn nicht, erstmal Kontakt aufnehmen.Für mich normaler Werdegang, für Andere scheinbar nicht, sie posten gleich Negatives.Würde diese Armatur jederzeit wieder kaufen und wenn sie 5 Jahre ihren Dienst tut, dann war sie es allemal wert, weil "nur" so lange hielt die teurere vorher.Also volle 5* für Artikel und Webshop.
