This project is perfect for the center console. Fits my car perfectly. Installation is very easy. Just slide into the front console. Overall great experience, love this, just what I need to keep things organized and easily accessible.

Accessorizing my bronco sport has been difficult with the new styling and this is a nice little add on. It’s sturdy, fits perfectly and stays put even if you don’t want the full stick commitment. I really like the hidden storage. Only problem I found which is likely more personal is I have a leather cover to the top of my center console and since the storage compartment fits in one place (perfectly) the straps get in the way. But it still can open. But my fear comes in that if I keep it like that the closing mechanism may break. But overall a great find and buy!

The storage on this is too small to fit anything. Also fell off after a couple of days.

This is a cool concept, and my first thought when I saw it was "I need a hidden compartment!" I had a checkbook stolen from my previous vehicle from the center console that I forgot to take out when it was at the auto body shop. That caused no end of headaches, and I thought this would make a great place to keep those kinds of valuables.The dimensions of this are 5 3/4" tall at the narrowest, 4 1/8" wide, and about 5/8" deep. It's actually not big enough for a checkbook, and the other problem is that it's pretty obvious there is a compartment there once you open the center console. I can't see it fooling anyone, so this could be a good place to keep a notepad or some other fairly flat, small item, but you won't be hiding any valuables here. You'll also lose the functionality of the built-in pen/pencil holder, unless you use a very short pen/pencil. The latch is a click-lock, where you push to latch, then push again to unlatch, and it works really well with a satisfying click to let you know you've secured it.Overall, it's a neat idea, but on the Bronco Sport, I think the available space just isn't enough to fully realize the potential of something like this. I believe they make this for other vehicles, and perhaps those might have more space, but on the Bronco Sport, it's kind of a nifty but impractical add-on. I'll give some stars because it is well made and fits very well, and if you really want a click-lock compartment for some note cards, this will work.
