wonderful concept that leads to less burnout
I think this idea is extremely powerful. Most of the time when I have a goal in mind or new habit that I want to create, I have often failed in the past because I would not just gradually increase the habit, it would be a big leap by sheer optimism. And I admit that optimism will not stand the test of time if an effective strategy is not in place. Many habits are great because it builds a strong foundation that, over time, will allow you to pretty much have any habit that you'd like. But the focus in the very beginning is building that muscle to where you are still comfortable doing it and it's not invasive to your current lifestyle. If you have tried to create new habits in your life that empower you, but find yourself failing time and time again, this book will share a very interesting perspective. Extremely powerful

Greater way to success...
The book will get our way to positive change in our life. To develop a mini-habit is great advantage and it is helping us set our own mini goals and slowly it will then move to bigger goals and greater opportunities. It needs willpower to start believing. Success starts from small beginning, goals, dreams and ambitions. Creating a list of goals is a wisest thing to do as it guides to bigger dreams.

Great help
It all happens to us – we face a goal so daunting that we end up not doing something about it. And this book addressed this common problem – by breaking them into a lot smaller tasks. I love how this book outlined the 7 Steps and given instruction on how to do them – not just simply enumerating what are they. This is really a great help.

Change your habits and change your life
I am massive fan of habits. I think quality of our habits define the quality of our lives. I am not sure who said but I really believe in that. This book is a very good teacher of some really great habits. It's small habits that are combined together and start making a huge difference into our life. Grab it while it's free. Because it's something you would happily pay for.

Great steps to build a pathway for your goals!
This short book gives you the insight into why we give up on our goals and how to best overcome this negativity by breaking down these huge tasks into minor goals that can be used everyday to create a manageable habit. I will definately be using this in my life, thanks.
