I wear hearing aids. I slide these are muffs on Over the hearing aids with hearing aids turned OFF before hitting the firing line. Slide the muffs back off when done on the range and turn hearing aids back ON, put the muffs in my range bag. Pretty simple and NO after shock, dual ringing as these muffs are Great, I really like them after firing 50-100 45ACP rounds in an indoor range. TY amazon for a Very descent price on a Great set of ear protection. 'Ranger' muffs have been around for decades. :-)

Good quality and fit

When I tried to put these Earmuffs on, it didn’t cover my ears completely. I double- checked to make sure I didn’t order a kid size, but no, these are for adults. The description said that the headband was adjustable, so I bought one. To my surprise, the headband is NOT adjustable. These guys need to proofread their description as to not mislead customers. I’ll send it back because I have no use of ear protection that doesn’t fit.
