These come with a removable top loop making it easier to use a battery drill to dig them into place.

I put a greenhouse for my home in the Myrtle Beach area and was concerned about the high winds we have here. These anchors are easily screwed into the ground using a drill and the attachable eyehooks make attaching tie down straps easy. Haven't needed them yet but feel better knowing they are there. Can be used for sheds, fences, trees and whatever you need anchored down

For me, I am sorry I bought this. Too shallow for my needs. Could be good for light duty work.

Alabama red clay and rocks, it went in easily with the drill. On one of them it hit a rock and went in at an angle. I pulled it back up, and did it again, then it was good.

Don't really know what these are good for. They are not 18". False advertisement.

Better bring your cordless drill. These are great anchors
