We have had ours for several months and LOVE it. This is the best brand of these we have encountered for quality, functionality, and appearance. The sponge holder is really convenient. It fit our countertop perfectly right away. It wipes clean easily with a sponge, but it’s also dishwasher safe, so we run it in the dishwasher once a week too! Love this!

I bought it to protect my granite counter tops. Its made of a nuce thick layer if silicone. Fits well over my sink.

I ordered the clear version to protect my granite countertop from further chipping when washing heavy pots and pans. Blends in well, my silicone sponge fits perfectly in the holder and it helps with getting water on m shirt and floor.

For some reason Every time I would wash my face at my bathroom vanity, the counter in front of the sink would become soaked with water! I tried putting a towel there as a quick solution, but it was annoying to say the least. I had been searching for quite some time for a long-term solution and came across this sink edge guard on Amazon. Right out of the box I noticed it was very well-made and wasn’t cheap and flimsy. There was an odor to it, but it wasn’t so overpowering and it dissipated within a day or so. It was very easy to install. I literally just put it on the counter in front of the sink. it has completely solved my issue. Any water that gets on it will just run down into the sink and/or evaporate. It is super easy to keep clean. Even though it isn’t the same color as my countertop, It really doesn’t look bad at all. If you’re thinking of buying this, take a chance and try it - it may be the solution you’re looking for!

I’ve never written a review, but I saw the note attached that it’s a newer company and they’re testing out the product. This product is truly a godsend. It’s so simple yet so effective. I used to have to spend extra time after washing dishes mopping puddles off the floor. This guard protects my clothes from getting wet and makes it so much easier to wash dishes.

Love, love, love my new Silisink edge guard and what a great idea! Nicely protects my sink edge which is suffering from over use. The edge protector fits nicely and securely on the edge and i even ordered a 2nd matching sink caddy so I can get rid of the 2 sponges that just sit in the sink. Thanks, Silisink. The media could not be loaded. I have a love/hate relationship with this guard, which is why I gave it a 3/5 star review.Firstly, I love it. For me, it’s been able to do its job of keeping my cabinets almost water free after each wash. In my video, you’ll see my previous water damage and some water splatters. Before my cabinets would be 6x worse following just one wash, let’s not forget about my floors (I get whatever everywhere), but now I don’t have that issue at all and if I did it’s so much less than before. So I definitely recommend it. Just make sure you order the correct one. Which brings me to my cons.I was not able to find a double sink guard in my search so I went with the single one. I had to customize it to fit by cutting as shown in the video. You can’t even see the cut h less you’re washing dishes.The thing that annoys me and I’ve just accepted it is that if you have a mom fupa or any extra love in your belly, it will push the guard constantly and if you step to the side, it’ll drag it. During a 30 min wash I have to reposition the guard, seriously, like 10x. Also, it comes with a sponge tray which I don’t use because when my sink is full it gets dragged down or stuck in the dishes.Do I recommend this guard, yes, I 100% do. It’s a great idea and much needed for many of us. I’ve accepted the cons and will continue to use/reposition as needed because it is savings my cabinets.

I have spent months searching for a way to minimize the endless water smudges around the sink edges of our granite counter. My Amazon purchase history includes a multitude of granite sealing, cleaning, and stain removal products. No matter how extensively I seal the granite around the sink, inevitably, long-term staining happens. I don't know if it's the color or the grade, but my granite just begs for deep water shadows. So I changed tactics and went the route of covering the vulnerable areas. After finding a similar product for the faucet area, I was determined to find something for the granite strip at the front of the sink. I am thrilled with this product; it performs exactly as hoped. Checking under it every so often confirms, perfect granite. The optional front sponge holder is great for a dishcloth. The guard doesn't fit into place flawlessly but I can't fairly deduct for that, because in my desperation I ignored that my sink has soft rounded corners, which are very clearly specified in the product description to avoid. I may be able to cut it down slightly, but it's such a beautiful product I don't want to! I'm just leaving the slightly out-of-place fit as it is.
