Very Inspiring
Amazing narration and very inspiringly written. The book is pure gem and a must read. It is written in simple conversational language, no heavy jargons or idioms to understand. It busts so many myths around running and answers so many queries that a beginner would have before starting their running journey. The author has overcome her fears, her challenges and is now a runner who runs in marathons when once she feared going out for walks. The book is truly inspiring! Kudos to the author for giving us this book.

A Nice One !
We all know that there are many benefits to running. It helps in keeping us fit, which in turn keeps the diseases at bay. The book tells us everything there is to know about running. Though running is a general phenomena , I didn't know that I had so many misconceptions about it till the author addresses it in the book. It was good to know that an hour of running adds 7 hours to our life. That is, it adds 3 extra years to the dwindling life expectancy. The author has covered every aspect possible. I liked the jotting down of key points at the end of every chapter and helped me to recollect points. I also feel that I need to keep several things in mind before taking up running. Health is offcourse at the forefront . Lastly, I thank the author for a good book on running which I didn't find elsewhere. It's indeed motivating and educative.

If you are thinking to improve your routine and lacking of motivation. This book is definitely a must read book for you. Author has shared so many inspiring stories for readers as well as hacks and tips to stay active and fit. I specifically loved the quotes shared in this book. Honestly, I was running since few weeks before I read this book. This book has clarified a lot of myths and benefits of running. Author has shared important tips and facts for beginners of running. Go read this book and elevate your life with running. Because once you start running, there is no going back. No matter at what age you are, you can still start and do wonders.

Running has been one of the stress buster in my life. But due to my work commitments, I had not run for a long time. I had gained a lot of weight and also my health has deterioted due to the impact of the covid pandemic. Due to my friends insistence, I decided to bring a positive change and wanted to seriously give running a second shot in my life. One of my friend suggested this book and told me to go through this before I start running again. The book contains everything one needs to keep in mind about running. The author has made it a point to address every concern - be it related to dress, shoes, the timing or the distance which needs to be covered, the aspect of breathing and much more. The writing is self explanatory and the language is fun to read. The book was unlike the other non fiction books or self help books I read where the tone of the writing is serious. However, in this , I felt like I was conversing with a friend. A great book and a good start to reboot my running journey.
