Excellent Air conditioner. Very good at cooling in Ahmedabad's peak summer. I am reviewing it after 20 months of usage. Easy to operate and installation was very efficiently done. It consumption of electricity is very good. Saves cost compared to my previous AC.

AC installation done as per my time. AC cooling is very impressive and when temperature will 45 then what performance will come let's see in deep summer. Overall it's a good and budget friendly product. Installation team is great. All items recieved without any missing. Indoor display lights is very bright.

All is good price also very good, i got it for 26000 with card discount on 27 feb 2026 , but company claims pm 2.5 filter , antibacterial filter but there is only a normal dust filter , horizontal louvars also dont work, i bought same ac last year , usme bhi koi different pm 2.5 filter nahi tha , normal dust filter hi tha , dont know its missing in package or they are calling , their normal dust filter as anti bacterial . Also there is no chrome deco strip , thats why im giving only 4 star otherwise its a good 5 star product

This dishonesty immediately demonstrated a lack of professionalism and care. ​Initial Failures: Within days of installation, the unit was faulty: the LED display didn't work, and the motor was clearly struggling, requiring a major repair right out of the box. ​❌ 12 Months of Failed Promises & Reliability Collapse ​While the one-year mark often signifies reliability, for me, it simply means the warranty period for this already-faulty unit is ending. ​The repairs mandated by the initial damage and malfunctions were never satisfactory. ​The overall quality of the unit is suspect, as a new product should not require so many interventions so quickly. ​I have spent the better part of the last year dealing with follow-up calls and repair visits, which is an unacceptable waste of time for a major appliance purchase. ​The Most Disappointing Aspect: Customer Support ​The customer service experience has been the single worst part of owning this unit. Very good AC. Cooling is fast and the noise level is very low. The room cools quickly. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
