Works excellent! Compatible with my Samsung Tab S8
Took it out to the box and started using it right away. No configuration or connecting. Just worked and worked well. Would buy again. Also came with extra tips that I put in my original and made that work too. Now I have a back up.

80/20 writes weird/works well
The first nib I used out of this package was like magic. It was so close to the original nib that came with the S pen.. but it worn down very quickly. So I replaced it with another one from the same pack, and then it seemed like it wasn't writing straight. I pushed through with that one, and it too, wore down quickly. Changed it again. Writing and drawing wasn't straight again. So I'm pretty bummed. These *do* have the soft tip that they advertise. It's just not as prominent as the original S pen nib, and it's not as accurate. I've noticed I can kind of smoosh the nib tip to the other side (its visibly skewed to one side) and it writes okay for awhile. But then it gets back it it's normal "center" and my writing is all funky again. For all that, this is still the closest product I've found to the original S pen nib. All the others that advertise a 'soft' tip are very very hard tips with no give to them at all. I've had to change screen protectors before because some of them dug into the TPU protector. This one leaves no marks, and works well enough. Just be prepared to go through the whole pack quickly if you're picky about where your letters go like me. I did like the presentation, the nibs came in a nice little plastic box, tucked into some cut foam. They weren't just tossed in a tiny bag like all the other nibs I've tried. Overall, better than anything else I've found, but I was still disappointed with the quality and strength of the nibs.

Works just like the original
Works just like the original! No setup or charging needed, and it feels smooth and responsive whether I’m writing or drawing. The pressure sensitivity is spot on, and I’m glad it came with extra nibs. Great replacement for the price.
