Good sound. But need rubber buds options

I had a bit of an accident- a faulty cable has melted my old earbuds the night before my flight. At 10pm I was frantically looking for any highly recommended earbuds that would be delivered by 1pm next day. To my surprise, these arrived around 7am the next day! Quickest delivery that saved me so much stress.To the product itself- incredible earbuds. While the battery life does not compare to the top of the market, it's something I was aware of before buying, and the quality of sound more than makes up for it. The controls are easy, it's hard to accidentally press buttons too few/many times. The sony feature of 360 sound is incredible, but heads up only a few apps support it- unfortunately not Spotify, but Tidal is on the list. With it on, you'll feel like you're alone in the front row of a concert made just for you.The sony app- best I have experienced so far. Very clear, well structured, but the past part of it are the equiliser settings. The app will walk you step by step and rather than focus on specific values, you'll select various buttons that make whatever you are listening to sound better, then save a few custom presets.For the overall review of the app I really recommend looking online, there's so many features, like automatically changing sound preferences depending on where you are.I went with renewed due to delivery time- at the time of my purchase, the new headset was very similar in price, but quick delivery was essential as I mentioned. The product was well packaged, looked brand new, and the only thing missing was the instruction manual- easily found on the sony website.Getting used to the controls will take me a moment as they are opposite to my old product (Jabra elite 75t), but it's all very intuitive and won't take me long to get a hang of.Would 100% recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I've been scammed £73 gone because the main thing (the earphones) aren't in the box, as shown in the video.It's been 3 weeks since I started the return, it still hasn't left the Royal Mail due to a request, this is bollocks and I want my refund now.

No issues they were like brand new and good value

Comfortable to wear and easy to use, with good sound quality, even if the "registration' app is a big fuss. Main dislike is that the volume is pretty poor from (my) tv, great for mobile but if 'quiet' late night tv is your thing these might not be it.

My first Bluetooth earbuds and while these are supposed to last for up to 15 hours the battery is drained after 5-6 hours.
