Not the best flavour, but seriously hot!
This stuff is pure heat. Some hot sauces have a complex flavour with fruity notes from the peppers etc. With this one, the flavour I get is more like pure heat - and it is a lot hotter than anything you'll find on UK supermarket shelves. Much of its heat is from chilli pepper extract, which I find has a slightly different kind of burn than sauces which don't use it. It's best used as a cooking additive rather than a condiment, unless you have an extremely high tolerance for chilli, however it is manageable. Some years ago I had a sauce (a Mad Dog 357 special edition) that was so hot, that it could render a plate of food inedible if you were even slightly heavy handed with it. Blair's Sudden Death is not quite as hot as that, but I do suggest being very careful with it.
