Needed to make a trifle - trying to get some in supermarkets a nightmare. Been to them all.
Love the taste and great for trifles tirimisu etc. more expensive than in supermarkets but that’s if you can find them. Great with Sherry or amaretto too. Or with ice cream chocolate sauce and any liquor - coffee etc. hmmm

The only Amaretti I would buy
Love the crispyness and gorgeous flavour of this biscuit. Apart from having a few with morning coffee I make a lovely homemade ice cream with them and the flavour comes through very strong. I get wonderful praise from my friends and family when they eat it - they always come back for second helpings.

Nothing but crumbs
Not the brand I was expecting and not a biscuit in sight, just a bag of crumbs. Biscuits had been smashed to pieces. Impressed with the bag though as, although battered, it hadn’t split open. I looked at previous reviews and someone else had experienced the same so clearly there’s an issue with damaged stock. Meant to say before but didn’t and now been asked for a review hence why I’m writing now.

£9.99 for broken biscuits
They taste lovely but nearly 50% were smashed to smithereens when they arrived. Alright if you plan to make cheesecake but hugely disappointing if you, like me were planning to serve them with coffee. Disgraceful 😡
