We are using it now over years. If you add too much it can be very hot.

Yummy authentic Thai curry pastes.
Yellow Thai curry is a favourite in our family and this is the best paste I've found. You don't need to use very much, so unless you like really hot spice thai curry, I use less than recommended, you can always add a little more if necessary. It's excellent with a truly authentic taste. The red is a nice alternative. A small recipe book is included.

Very flavourful.
Good sized tubs. Doesn’t say how to store it though once opened. The paste is vacuum packed and in a tub.

Horrendous
By far the worst Thai paste I have ever had. Incredibly salty. As if they used a tablespoon of salt not a teaspoon. Ghastly and had to throw it away-inedible.
