Julian Bowen Barcelona Headboard, Stone White, King

The white headboard was a nice off white however some of the joins on main piece were not pressed in fully during manufacture. They appear to have been glued in too so it would be hard to now rectify but it was only slightly cosmetic. Note that the headboard legs are a different brighter white. Upon building the top piece was found to have 2 dents at opposite edges. One dent being quite large. No noticeable damage was seen on the packaging. Asked Amazon for guidence on returning and options a few days ago but still no reply. The item weighs apx 22Kg so not easy to return. I wont be purchasing anything like this through Amazon again.

The first headboard arrived damaged due to some rough handling not helped by some indifferent packaging . The attempt to return the item was something of a nightmare, the outcome being that I could scrap the item. The replacement arrived un damaged. Supplier service could not be faulted. I am still £35 out of pocket for a return that didn’t happen.

Lovely headboard - it's sturdy and it was very easy to put together on my own.The top piece was ever so slightly damaged but nobody is at fault and I didn't feel it warranted a return of the item. I just put the damaged side against the wall.Overall very pleased - it certainly adds elegance to my bedroom and would def recommend this product.

My bedroom is cream and white and its a great addition to the room. The item is substantial and well made, the delivery was speedy and I could not be more pleased. Would recommend.

Very pleased with our recent purchase of the above headboard. We did have slight damage to the shelf which we believe to have happened in transport,we reported this and a replacement part was sent out within days.Once again very pleased with the purchase and service.

Just what I've been looking for. So pleased with it .it looks classic.
