Disappointing combo, but exceptional customer service
I took a chance on this and probably got a dud, but there were enough cons for me to not want an exchange.Pros:-Inexpensive wireless combo.-Keyboard frame is plastic yet feels decent.-One USB for both keyboard and mouse saved more USB space.Cons:-The keys feel mushy and inconsistent with typing and catching the input.-My keyboard kept acting like I was pressing extra keys at a time and it wouldn't type properly.-The mouse feels really light and cheap.-The mouse timing out is really short. Something like 8 minutes. Didn't take the time to see if I could turn that off or not. Felt instrusive to work flow, definitely not good for working in any live setting. Some side notes: I've been using mechanical wired keyboards with brown and blue switches, but I also have a couple other old wired Dell keyboards in use as well. The VicTsing keyboard just feels really mushy. If it was consistent in registering keystrokes maybe it'd feel a little different. Either way I wouldn't really recommend it even for a wireless combo. I would've preferred to spend a little more buck for the bang. My keyboard was messed up because it was registering keys I wasn't even pressing and I couldn't type in numbers very frequently so I returned mine. Giving this two stars for the benefit of a doubt if mine was a dud.Edit on 3/6/18:With a follow up from VicTsing, I must say that their customer service is exceptional and top notch among the sellers I've dealt with on Amazon. They followed up well, took care me and tried to make good changes. It has led me to conclude that I would definitely do business with them again and take a look at their other products they offer. Despite my cons listed and especially with the price drops since I first bought the item, if it was in working condition I can still say it would be a good item for those on a tight budget or as a small gift. This was definitely not my favorite product, but I look forward to better quality products as much as their quality service.

Good, but doesn't last long
I really like this keyboard - it's big enough and pretty sleek and easy to use. I haven't had much trouble adjusting and I love the flat keys. The problem is with the mouse. I have had this product for 6 months and the mouse is beginning to die. I can't scroll across the entire screen without it getting stuck and having to move the mouse around the mouse pad again to reconnect. Unfortunately, since the mouse and keyboard work together, I now have to replace both which is super frustrating. For the amount paid for this product, I'd expect it to last a bit longer, but not even a year has gone by and it's already failing. I've replaced the batteries twice - both brand new batteries - and it still isn't getting better.Do yourself a favor and just buy a nicer keyboard and mouse separately.

Its ok
You really get what you pay for here, I wouldn't recommend this for anything other than light use. I need a really good mouse for my computer habits, gaming, heavy use and this mouse scroll is really iffy 0 and glitches, Sometimes when you scoll down it will reverse and scroll up a bit after scrolling down. aside from that the scroll stops when you scroll a few times. Maybe I just got a really bad one. The keyboard is nice and thin but once again, this isn't something you'd ever want to use for gaming or heavy keystroking. Also there is no off switch on the KB or Mouse, my KB died on its own with me almost never using it in about 3 months, so I guess its always sapping the batteries so long as they are inside of it. I assume the mouse has an idle or auto shutoff feature, but even then the mouse also lasted about 3 months of use before it drained the battery out. Overally I'd still give this a 4 out of a 5 for everyday usage, the big issue for me is the weird scroll issue I have here and there and it constantly locking after a few scrolls.

Excellent connectivity with a weird glitch
This wireless keyboard mouse set is nearly perfect. There is zero connectivity problem. The mouse is smooth and quiet. The connection was fast and instant; I can even use it to play a FPS game and it gives me almost zero lag. However, the keyboard has a certain glitch. I believe it randomly gives the signal of shift key being held...the result of that is sometimes I cannot scroll down webpages with the mouse and the computer will also produce that kind of bipping sound when you hold down a key for a long time. When that occurs, I have to hit the right shift key a couple of times and it will become normal again. I have been using it for two months and it seems to work fine except for that shift key glitch.....I'll give it a four star for now.FYI, my operating system is Windows 10 (up to date)

looks good, but misses the mark for everyday use
Technology-wise, the setup has been pretty good. Plugged it in and it works great. Design-wise both the keyboard and mouse are pretty sleek. Now the Negatives. I have noticed that I made noticeably more typing errors that previous keyboards. It seems that sometimes the key-presses don't register creating typos. I am not sure if it is an ergonomics thing, where the angle at which I press the keys cause the key to not make contact with the sensor under it or if it is a flaw in the electronics. Either way it causes me to occasionally miss keys. Now I am talking about noticing it 3-7 times a day...which to me seems pretty high. Two other negatives...1. The enter key has a chunk out of it for the / key. This causes me to hit the \ key instead of the enter key several times a day. To me this is a combination of an odd design and my typing style...but my pinky thinks the / is where the enter key should be. 2. The ost concerning thing about the keyboard specifically is that after less than a month of using it (every day for work), there are several keys where the white letters on them are already fading. (a, s, d ,c, e, Shift, i,o,p keys are all fading) This seems like way too short a time for this fading to occur. I guess it speaks to how cheaply this is made.Overall, I recommend looking for other options than this setup. The quality is just not there, unless it is for a more seldomly used situation. It is just not holding up well to everyday use, sadly.
