I rarely write reviews, but after seeing some of the one star reviews I had to review and comment.Firstly, I have a range of these types of bottles from different companies. I have 2 Hydro Flasks, A Yeti, A The Coldest Water Bottle & an Ozark Trail. Almost all these cost way more than the Simple Modern bottle. All these have metal with magnetic properties on the outside and NONE, including the Simple Modern, have magnetic properties on the inside, therefore they are pure 18/8 stainless steel on the inside. This is where it matters. Also, no leaks.I ordered the 84oz and it is large. Not easy to pick up and drink from when it’s full - but what do you expect from a bottle that holds so much water!!I decided to to a test on this 84oz bottle and see how well it worked. I filled it with ice and then topped it up with water. I left it on the kitchen counter. I opened the bottle for a few minutes twice a day to check the ice and probe the water (without the probe touching the ice) to check how cold it was. After 3 days there was about 20% ice remaining and the water was 33deg. After 5 days there is about 5% ice and the water is at 34deg!! That’s plenty good enough for me.This is an amazing product for the price. I’m happy with my purchase.

We have several of these in different sizes and colors. I have a 40oz that I keep by the bed, and an 84oz that I take to work. The 40oz will keep ice for two days, but the 84 will keep it longer. I fill the 84 with ice and then top it off with tap water, usually not cold. I refill it a few times during the day, and I will still have about half the ice left the next day. I did once leave ice in it for close to three days as a test before I decided that was more than good enough, and there was still a decent amount of ice left.Fantastic!As a side note, I have pretty large hands and can hold the 84 with one hand while the bottle is full, but I don't think many will be able to do that. It is pretty wide. So some might find it a little cumbersome, but I love it!

I got what I paid for so there's no knocking it for it's size!I tried using this as an everyday bottle as I work outdoors pretty much all day long. It was a lot to lug around but I got used to it after while. However I think this is better suited as a pitcher than a standalone bottle. The mouth is so wide and due to it's weight it's easy to get some drippage on occasions. I actually really enjoyed this most at home. Instead of having to drink several glasses of water you can just sip on this all night. Also I highly reccomend for concerts or big events.Also the lid takes some extra attention to close properly. It easily threads crooked and you can have a big accident if it isn't sealed correctly. This goes for most bottles so it's not that big of an issue.Keep in mind that this is roughly the size of a standard fire exstinguisher. If you don't mind lugging around something that bulky than I 100% recommend this bottle.When properly sealed this legitimately stays cold for well over 24 hours. With lots of ice it can stay cold up to 48 hours. This alone has made the purchase worth it. I can't speak for hot liquids. But the vaccuum seal works great so I'd imagine it would stay hot for awhile.Would I buy it again? Probably not. For extended periods of time without water sources this works perfectly.

If you want a jumbo water bottle at a great price you cant go wrong with this product. I got the 84oz size design. Upon opening there was a small bit paint that was missing. But that was the only flaw that stood out, it wasn't anything too obvious, I didnt see the point in sending it back for the minor blemish.

got the 84 oz. i love it. i never use the handle lid. I always use the easy drinking chug lid. it works great. the chug lid still has a great handle for carrying. I take it to work everyday because the drinking water is questionable. lasts all day. it doesn't fit in the cup holder obviously, but with the chug lid, it doesn't roll around on the car floor or leak.

The container works pretty well, however the lid is not strong enough for the weight of the bottle. I noticed with the first use that the plastic handle seemed too thin as the bottle is pretty heavy when full.Turns out, I was right. The handle finally broke after maybe 15-20 uses. And as with anything else these days, it broke just outside of my return window.

Bought this September of 2019. Coming up on 2 years and this thing has been really good to me. Hot water stays hot. Don’t expect ice in cold water not to melt. It’ll melt. It stays rather cold for considerably long though. I think were I to do it over I’d get a smaller size. Wanted to give it four stars, but couldn’t quite think of what about it would’ve pegged it down a star so 5 it is...

Positively massive. There is truly no way to understand how big this bottle is until it arrives. And it works perfectly for me. I purchased this bottle because I somehow only have it in me to fill a water bottle once per day. With this bottle, I can do that and still drink enough water. I'm fairly tiny with the hands to match, and I have no difficulty drinking from this water bottle. Would definitely recommend!
