Like so many I rediscovered my addiction to jigsaw puzzles during quarantine and this did not disappoint. The puzzle was big (2000 pieces) so multiple people can work on it at once. Beautiful picture and sturdy quality. It's an excellent diversion for rainy days or pandemics.

One of the hardest puzzles I have ever put together. The back is marked to help you but it is still a challenge. The craftmanship of the puzzle is excellent. Very little dust and the pieces fit together perfectly.

It made the perfect birthday present for my wife. She enjoyed the puzzle, found it challenging, and it looks great when completed.

I was severely disappointed by this puzzle. So much so that I threw it in the recyling bin after assembling only about 40 pieces. I have *never* thrown out a puzzle before, but it didn’t take long to decide I wasn’t going to waste my time or anyone else’s with it.I hate to write a bad review, but I want the company to do better so I don’t waste my time or money in the future.There were two problems that combined made this a very bad product.First, and this isn’t a problem, but it sets up everything else: this particular picture at 2000 pieces makes this a difficult puzzle to start with. The picture has extremely limited color and texture palates across the entire image, meaning it’d be a serious challenge to assemble. I accepted that deliberately, but that means everything else about the puzzle needed to be implemented well to make the puzzle doable and interesting.The first problem is that different pieces that are not supposed to go together are way too often physically compatible with each other. Almost every piece fit exceptionally cleanly into multiple other pieces that it wasn’t supposed to fit into. That should be a rare occurrence in a puzzle, but here it happened with almost every piece.The second problem is that the picture on every piece is significantly pixelized from too much digital zoom. This makes it even harder to figure out if two pieces go together. Subtle lines and contours that might help figure out which pieces go together are often masked away.Last, all of the pieces have the same fundamental and identical basic puzzle piece shape. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing on its own, and can be a valid design decision, but combined with the two flaws above, this takes away yet another strategy for finding the correct assembly.It didn’t take long at all to realize what a catastrophe of design this was, and that it was going to take far too long to assemble. Even worse, I couldn’t even be certain when it was done that it was assembled correctly.

We just got this puzzle and will be sending it right back. The overall resolution of the puzzle is grainy. That alone would make it hard to put together, but the pieces are all very similar again making it very easy to put together incorrectly. I actually came out and saw my spouse putting the puzzle together upside down since it was easier to align the letters on the back.In addition to the other noted issues, there were a number of pieces that had some damage to the ends.
