I used four days in row add a bit to the water and turned the steamer on. Nothing for the first 2/3 days and on the last day full steam. Was initially disappointed so I figured I use the whole product and boom on one fourth day it started producing normal steam. Definitely wish I saw this product before as I did throw out the steam head in the past and got a replacement head for over £55.

Amazing customer service and so happy I tried this before buying another steam mop, did the trick on my h20 x5 now to try it on the previous one I’ve still got stored in the shed ! Fingers crossed, thank you so much for saving me a fortune !

On using recently, my steam mop stopped working altogether! I've seen comments like this elsewhere. Too late for a refund and not sure if the same thing would happen if I tried to make use of it to steam clean my iron... Will most likely have to bin it which is annoying.

Worked perfectly on descaling my h20 steam mop. The mop had stopped producing steam and just leaked water. After using this product it worked as good as new.
