False 1 year Warrenty
I’m furious with the so-called warranty service on these earphones. After barely using them, one side stopped working, and getting it fixed or replaced has been a nightmare. Despite following all the warranty procedures and providing every piece of documentation, the customer service has been abysmal.This has been a waste of time and money. If you’re considering these earphones, be prepared for a headache if anything goes wrong. The warranty is essentially useless, and customer service is a complete disaster. Avoid this brand if you value reliable support and accountability.

Good for basic use
It's okay if you just want a bluetooth enabled wireless earpods. For simply listening to music or videos, it will do. But if you like bass or jazz or if audio quality matters very much, then it's not the one. The battery life is also very poor. Though it's comfortable, the sound quality is average. Fit is also okay. But design is very bland and basic.

Mic doesn’t work well.
I ordered this earbuds as Amazon Basics products are very good and you get them for good price as compared to other brands. But this time I was upset as the replacement earbuds were behaving the same. Your voice at the other end is not clear and echoes a lot. I hope Amazon basics rectifies this problem.

Decent Earphones, Sounds Ok.
Oversensitive touch panel ruins it for me. Touch panel would trigger while adjustingthe earphones, even with pillows, cusions etc while turning your. This would lead to cutting calls, Google assistant triggers, wild play pause next etc. And there is no option to disable the touch panel via an app or on the earphones. Sound is ok, battery life is ok ok. I would recommend highly airdopes 131 over this.
