Fantastic experience when running they make you balance your body completely different, so take it slowly as you can over do it and hurt your self. I measured my feet standing on peace of paper as the sizes were confusing. I normally wear sizes from 3-4 depending on different makes. My measurements were 22,5cm which indicated to 6-6.5UK, EU37 and they fitted perfectly, little bit tight to start of with but after few wears they are snug and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone, I love the feeling of my toes having so much space. Material is light and soft but great quality, the sole has lots of grip and flexibility, there is also small arch support which is great. Will definitely be getting another pair.

Sole is stiff--the big toe and pinky barely bend at all. The shoe forces my big toe closer to the other toes, instead of letting it spread out, which hurts and causes pronation (which has never been an issue for me). After Xero sandals, these are not minimal at all, and don't allow for any toe movement. Maybe a model with a thinner sole will live up to their claims for toe movement, but these don't. Well made otherwise.

Narrower footprint than previous five fingers, internal quality poor, ridged rough side seem in one shoe. Whole concept not true to five finger ethic, this shoe has narrow foot, high ankle, thick sole , but minimal side toe protection,
