it stopped working after 7 months. The sound quality isn't that good either. Listener on other end would complain of static, couldn't hear me, there would be a delay, the volume would either be too loud or not loud enough.

Easy to use and superior speakers
I purchased the Poly Sync 20 to compare with the Anker PowerConf S3. Both were roughly the same price, had sleek, professional looking designs, small form factors, and similar features (Bluetooth, portability, compatibility). Both use an iOS app to pair and setup, and both worked instantly with my work PC laptop. Both play tones when using the physical buttons (I like the Anker's sound effects better), and both have useful status LEDs the indicate volume level, in-use, muted, etc. The Anker uses a USB A cable, the PolySync20 uses USB C. Both get their power over USB and don't need a separate power cord and adapter (yay!).Where the products really differ are in their speaker quality. The PolySync20 gets about 25% louder, and when playing a speaker test YouTube vide, covers a LOT more of the lower-end frequencies. Where a deep male voice sounds tinny and very mid-range focused on the Anker, the PolySync20 captures deeper, richer bass.All other things being equal, I will be returning the Anker and sticking with the PolySync20 because of the sound quality.

Works great while it works
99% of the time I love this thing. On a random occasion it loses its mind and sprays noise and messes up my call. Quick reconnect and we are back. Doesn’t happen often but is annoying when it does.The rest of the time though. I love the quality of sound. Makes working from home easy. I’ve been so tired of wearing headphones. Not anymore!

This is the at home conference phone I've been looking for
I have been looking for an at home full time conference phone since 2004 and I've found it. Two other people at my organization have already purchased it. It's great. Excellent Teams integration, great sound, perfect footprint for optimal desk real estate. I'd buy it 100x over.

Great for conference calls
Works well in my office, so I don't have to wear a headset. Have had no complaints on my volume, and loud enough to hear on conference calls. I would buy again.
