I didn't know they'd be smaller so it was a shock but I was pleasantly surprised to play with it. These fly higher and further than the regulars! Lots of fun!

These are great! They were fun to hit and it helped me blow off steam.I wasn't running all over trying to get the shuttlecocks back since I had so many. Glow in the dark made them easy to find at the end of the day and the basket it came with is great for storage. Easy to grab and go, then tidy up when the round is over.An excellent value and surprisingly convenient to have so many.

I selected these for my grand niece as she has recently become obsessed with playing badminton. We played a lot when we were growing up too so I understand her love for the game. I'm hopeful this will be a hit with her since the birdies light up. At age 10, I think she'll have a lot of fun with her friends and cousins. The cost for the 24 pack of light up birdies and a basket was on the high side so I'm also hoping these last a good long time. The birdies are smaller than usual shuttlecocks (only 2.2 inches versus the 3.3-3.75 standard size with feathers) but I doubt that will make much difference in the fun. I'm really looking forward to seeing her play with these after dark on their farm.

We are not badminton aficionados, but we love family game time. To that end, we got the Furlihong badminton pitching machine and this set of birdies, which are perfect for it. I have my daughter continually add these into the machine and when I have run through all 24, I feed the machine and she gets her turn with the racket. It's a great way to practice our swing and have fun together.These shuttlecocks are smaller than the standard size but the machine doesn't work with standard sized ones. This set even comes complete with a little carry basket. These appear to be well made, and while the light up feature is a fun novelty, it's not the main reason I got them. The value for the product verses the price is good and while it will be fun to play badminton after dark on occasion, the true value in these light up shuttlecocks is that they enable you to play more with your kids and make fun memories.

These work perfectly with the same brand's badminton machine that we tried along with these shuttlecocks. In case you are contemplating getting these for just regular badminton, these are smaller than the regular-sized shuttlecocks, and a lot firmer as well. This means that these tend to fly a lot faster and further than what you might be used to - which could be good or bad based on what your use case is.The LED function also works well at night - though I rarely would be playing in the dark, I thought it was a nice little bonus functionality to have to have that option.

These shuttlecocks are smaller than regular badminton shuttlecocks, but they work great and fit nicely into the Furlihong badminton pitching machine. You can use these shuttlecocks for both baseball batting practice and badminton practice. They are good quality and fly far and straight. They also have LED lights that you can turn on to make them easier to see in the evening.

A lighted shuttlecock?Well, thank you to whomever did.It's just the thing to add to my glow in the dark party where we're going to have all sorts of glowing games; bowling, pickleball, volleyball, tetherball and now badminton.These are light enough for littler kids to be able to hit them vs the pickleball. The fact that they also light up will be light little glow bugs flying around!The turn on for the lights is inside the basket.I don't see any way to get new batteries inside so they may be a one shot deal. Hopefully the light will last for a while.These are smaller than normal but it's for kids so it's fine.We also got the batting practice pitching machine so it's great for that purpose. They really fly so it's the right amount for batting vs typical badminton.Enjoying the color and the light.

Niece is obsessed with badminton for some reason, but the shuttlecocks that came with a cheaper Target set broke down pretty quickly, with the net portion fraying. Picked this set up. The shuttlecocks appear to be higher quality than those that came in the original Target set and have held up across several play sessions, however they are slightly smaller. I could take or leave the LED light because we are not going to play at night, but I guess it does make them easier to see even during the day. Add in the bright colors, and it makes these easier to track down. Overall recommended.
