Multi-functional smart baby monitor that works perfectly...plus it's really cute
Seriously such a unique design. A friend of mine recommended it after he backed the Kickstarter and so I bought it for my daughter.Instantly you can tell that the lights and music work as calming as you'd expect. Heck, I almost fell asleep to the thing and even did while I was rocking her to sleep. The baby monitor feature is great and compared to other audio monitors, it's crisp and clear. Also, running it off Wi-Fi instead of through a frequency or Dect technology, I'm not paranoid about my neighbor listening in (I know that's not likely to happen, but still).Extra features through the app are great. I literally bought two as a gift after getting mine.Plus my wife thinks it's cute with the little face.

Has the potential to be a 5 star product...
I loved this light when it worked for us, although I did miss the white noise feature that was advertised. When it worked it was a calming soothing light for my son. The problem was that to turn it on we had to try many times to push it down to get it to turn on.The other issue is the app needs work, even though we have strong wi-fi in the house it would disconnect often and the app would tell me the light was on when it was off or vice versa.I want to commend the company owner Tom for working with me to help me fix the issues, and when they couldn’t be fixed offering to refund me right away. I think that once they work out the bugs on this product it will be awesome, but until then not worth the $80.

After recent software updates this works wonderfully!
Update: After software updates this light is amazing! This light is nicely designed and when it is working it is fantastic. I would give this five stars and recommend it to all of my friends if it wasn't constantly misbehaving (update: Now it is not!). I had trouble giving it only three stars even with the issues we are having, that is how good it *can* be.Problems: (update: none of these are happening for me any longer) Sometimes the light doesn't come on, sometimes the music doesn't come on, sometimes the music comes on at seemingly random times. Turning it on and off again is usually the best bet to get it back to working as intended. I have written to the developer and asked them to update the firmware to fix these issues and I hope that they do.The app itself requires bluetooth to be turned on even after WiFi setup which seems totally unnecessary but maybe I am missing something. Additionally, while the app design is cute it is far too easy to accidentally raise or lower the hat which can wake up or disturb a sleeping or almost sleeping child.Lastly I haven't been able to find the white noise generator, which is a pity.To the developer, please fix the remaining issues. You have an outstanding product that deserves better software. To potential buyers, this light can genuinely help and soothe a child and I would recommend that you give it a chance, but be ready to return it if it gives you problems.

Couldn’t update firmware
Couldn’t update the nightlight! When you purchase this nightlight and connect with their mobile application it asks you to update the firmware from 0.80 to 1.00, but it fails to update everytime. Without the update many of the customizing features are not accessible. My router uses one SSID between the 2.4ghz and 5ghz network. Switching between the two depending on your signal quality. Maybe this had something to do with it. However I’m not about to change this behavior for a night light. This nightlight still has some bugs that need to be worked out.

So close to awesome but not quite
This was so close to being a fantastic product for me but it just had too many issues. I love the design and the concept. The orange light was lovely and I like that it wouldn’t keep my baby awake. But it wasn’t quite bright enough to let me change a diaper. The white noise kept breaking in and out which was pretty jarring. And maybe it was just my WiFi, but my phone kept having trouble connecting to the device. That wouldn’t be such a big deal if you could do everything manually on the device, but certain features (e.g. changing the type of sound) are only accessible on the app. Very frustrating! I ended up returning it. It seems like a great company, and I hope they are able to fix some bugs - it will be a great product when they do!

Too expensive. Needs work.
This item is not worth it’s price. Half the time the app crashes when I try to listen to the baby monitor (which is annoying because Suzy has to be reset and she makes a VERY LOUD noise when she turns on and off and I’m worried to wake up my children). It also said it had a white noise option and that it can be found in the settings....well it doesn’t exist (I’ve checked the setting multiple times). Some of the times she doesn’t work properly when turned on (the light doesn’t come on, she has to be held down for a while before staying on too). She is a really cute monitor and I really like the concept but it really does need improvement (for the price you would think the motor controlling her “hat” would be close to silent....but oh well). Please make software updates to your item...it would really help.

Great Baby Sleep Tool
I enjoy our Suzy. It has good control of the lighting and volume of music. Love they way I can control it from the other room while my daughter sleeps. Had a small issue getting it working at first but the owner was fast to help me out and resolve my issue. They are constantly working to improve the user experience and that’s a huge plus.

Didn't meet my expectations
I wanted to love this. I love how you can dim the night light, how you can start and stop music from your app, the cry detection feature, and the wake settings. The bad out weigh the good and I will be returning this ;(The audio baby monitor picks up the music Suzy is playing, making it blare through your phone speakers, the only way to hear is to turn the volume way down defeating the purpose of soothing my baby. The device also only plays one song or white noise, that's it.

A little helper for all new parents!
So I was sceptical about this product however I bought it for my little girl Daisy who is 2 years old - the soothing sounds and light on Suzy Snooze enables her to fall asleep quickly and she also knows that when the eyes are covered by Suzy's hat that this means it is still bedtime and only when the eyes are showing she can wake up (which means longer lie ins for mum and dad). The fact it is app connected making it a smart version of the old school night light is super cool as it also plays lovely music which turns on automatically if it senses crying. It acts as an audio baby monitor which is great and useful from when they are first born right up until they are a toddler. I certainly would recommend this. The price is definitely justified by the amount of essentials combined in one product!

did all the usual stuff like reading books to the baby
I bought this product because I was having problems getting the little one to sleep which meant I also was not getting much sleep either! I tried other nightlights and products and nothing really did the job... did all the usual stuff like reading books to the baby, swaddling, singing lullabies and nothing was working... it was driving me mad. When I got Suzy Snooze, I connected it to the WIFI and got the app on my One Plus phone which was easy. The best thing is that it notifies me when it detects that she is crying in her cot and if she's crying late at night, Suzy also automatically starts back up again with the light and soothes her back to sleep so I don't have to get out of bed so often. If you have tried all the usual stuff and it's not working, I'd highly recommend this.

Blissful Silent nights!
Firstly, I’m not much of a tech kind of girl but not had much choice since our daughter was around 6 months old as we’ve really struggled with her sleep and of course with ours which has been a strain on work blah blah....she’s 4 years now. We’ve tried an assortment of different gadgets, gizmos and night lights but none have worked and she continued to have restless nights and random wake ups.Anyway; saw a few really positive reviews on this product and thought we’d try it out, not a bad price, I think it’s been recently reduced or on a promo. The parcel arrived, normal amazon packaging, first impression was how slick looking the actual Suzy packaging was, removed the plastic protection, slid the cover off with that awesome air suction that you get when you open your iPhone box, a very easy to read set up manual flap and nicely protected compartments.Plugged it in, downloaded the app, went through the set up etc, about 5 or 10 minutes and then hurried to put it in the bedroom. We introduced our daughter to “Suzy” and explained how she works, we push the hat down to go to sleep and when the hat comes up, time to get out of bed.Sleep Diary:First night, sleep within 10 minutes, woke up twice, didn’t understand the get out of bed Hat thing. second night, sleep within 10 minutes, woke up once, set music back on, didn’t wake up again until 7am.Third night; the sameSeriously; this is pretty amazing and I’m so chuffedA well thought out, beautiful and practical product that does was it says on the tin.

Very expensive light!
I actually like Suzy but it’s glitchy. Disconnected from WiFi constantly, I had to remove and reinstall peretty much every day. The power cord was problematic and you couldn’t touch the unit without it disconnecting from power. I used it for two weeks consistently and when I sent it back there was NO difference in my 2 year olds sleep pattern at all. And still isn’t. It only had one tune/noise too which was a pain. But it is completely controllable via the app (when connected) so it was nice to be able to lower the light. However the all night light was brighter than the going to sleep light which was a pain and when lowered would just turn off all together. I sent it back!***UPDATE*** actually managed to get this light for £16. Which is great because it’s a decent night light. BUT THATS IT. I don’t have it connected to WiFi or use as a monitor. The sleep help features are utterly pointless. No parent just uses the app to turn the thing back on to encourage your screaming child to go back to sleep. This really is playing on vulnerable, sleep deprived parents who will stop at nothing for a whole nights sleep. Don’t waste your money it’s not the MAGIC sleep side you are going to believe it is

Easily portable and the app is simple to use
I recently bought Suzy Snooze to help with my child's sleeping. Being a big tech fan... I was over the moon with the concept and having it linked to my phone! My child is slowly understanding that when Suzy’s hat is down this means it still sleep time and when the hat pops up its time to get up! Easily portable and the app is simple to use. Can't wait to see if the company bring out some more gadgets to help with parenting :)
