Excellent value for money and customer service
Would strongly recommend this bike, easy to assemble and worth every penny.Bought 23" frame and realized too big for me, reached out to discountcycleshop and immediately helped me to change the order to 17" frame and asked me to refuse delivery. A week later exchange bike arrived. Superb customer service.

Good for fun not for commuting
Good for people starting out just family cycling and such with the occasional long distance cycle. Not designed for commuting. Bought at start of lock down as didn’t feel safe on public transport daily commute 24 miles just been told by cycle shop cheaper to get new bike

Horrible company, horrible product! Ordered the bike and only received half of the product, they said it was my fault and refused to refund! Please avoid!
