It does the job what indented to do. I'm an Uber driver and needed a heating lunch box, this is my second different box, previous one was different brand was disappointed. The lunch box are good quality and sturdy with great design and not difficult to close. Easy clean up especially under the top cover unlike others requires details attention. The heating method is on point, few times I left too long 40 mins it was piping hot. The bag is not bulky that's a plus, utensils good quality little big, I appreciated it comes with two containers along with silicone covers. Only wish that plug in were other side.

This heat option lunchbox is great. It is much higher quality than I expected, very durable. You get a nice cooler pack to carry it in and it's accessories and more, 2 heater dish trays, real silverware in a pouch, 2 cords - one for the wall outlet and one for a car cigarette lighter outlet. Its easy to use, has a tight seal and works perfectly. My husband loves it. He loves to fish and takes it on the boat. He takes burgers all made up in foil, pops them in for him and his fishing buddies while fishing. Gets your food hot! Great purchase! I would recommend.

I work very hard to eat healthy. I am on the road a LOT which makes that an even more trying task. Since purchasing this "lunch box" it has made life/ food so much easier. It brings cold items to a BOIL inside of 20 or so minutes. More than enough space for what I need. I have used this to cool small meals for myself and a friend on the road, at hotels, and while camping. Silverware are a little larger- somewhere between normal and serving style size. Cleans super easily. And the insulated lunch box allows for plenty of space to pack in full meals. Very happy with this purchase. (Bought my mother one to use at work. It's GREAT!)

So far really impressed with the lunch box. Had some cold burgers I had cooked tge night before and placed them in the lunchbox. When I got to work and was ready for lunch plugged in the lunchbox and a few minutes later food was piping hot! So cool. Especially on night I have to work late and I'm in the car I can pre cook steaks and heat them up in the car.

I spend a lot of work days sitting in my car, so lunchtime can get a little boring and monotonous when it's yet another cold sandwich for the 100th day in a row. One of my buddies picked up one of these heated lunchboxes, and I thought it was a great idea. He complained that his took a long time to heat up and was a little smaller than he'd expected, so I kept those things in mind as I shopped around the surprising number of options. I settled on this one from STN and I'm very happy with it!First, it's substantially bigger than my friend's lunchbox, so fitting oddly shaped or bulky leftovers in it is no problem. I could easily pour 2 cans of soup into it and have room to spare. I don't know what wattage my friends' lunchbox is, but this one heats up a lot faster. I was concerned that it might draw too much power from my car's cigarette lighter, but it hasn't popped a fuse and the connector and socket don't even get warm, so it's not pushing my car's electrical outlet to anywhere near its limit. I'd say the power/heat level is just about perfect, as sometimes some solid food sitting against the heating element will want to start over-cooking if I don't stir or flip it. But the power level is great, since it would otherwise take a long time to heat a dense can of soup as my friend has learned. It heats just as fast with the 110v power cord.The stainless steel inserts and utensils are sturdy and easy to clean - I just toss them into the dishwasher. I really like the insulated bag it comes with, because it's not only fairly thick and well insulating, but it's purposely oversized so that I can also fit three 12oz cans of soda and a couple thin ice packs inside it, plus has a pocket to store the 2 power cords! This is one feature that really made my friend jealous, since he's rightly concerned about food safety and doesn't want his unrefrigerated lunch to get him sick. I wouldn't be surprised if he buys this STN lunchbox to replace his current one.

I bought this for my son who works in the middle of nowhere and he said it works very well and heats up quick. One of the best things I’ve bought him.

Update: 6 months in and has been awesome. No loss of power or ability. Totally worth the money. Containers are awesome. Lost one for a bit and it was pretty nasty when I found it, one run through the dishwasher and it was as good as new. No rust or anything.I've been using this everyday at work for two months and have zero complaints. It takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for me but I put frozen food in it. I do frozen vegetables and pre cooked chicken and it cooks everything to perfection. The bag is a great size too, I keep everything I need in it. If this one ever stops working I will be buying another. I do landscaping and the ability to plug in this lunch box an hour before I eat and not have to buy fast food has been a game changer. The lid and the bowls are dishwasher safe and I haven't had any rust or residue everything comes right off, even burnt on sauce. The silicone lids also work great. I wish I could buy more bowls but at the same time they are so easy to wash!

I have used this product daily for the past 6 or so months. It's GREAT. I ride around in my patrol car and I can easily bring a meal, warm it up, and have a delicious meal. This is a quality product.
