This took me a few times to play with to get the hang of it. Once I did, I loved it. The app that you have to download helps a lot in creating different scenes for videos. It’s a bit heavy but it’s made very well. Ive used it once on a vacation and it folded up nicely and compact. It comes with a stand and a flash which I have yet to use. I will play with it some more to see how that works. The battery life is not as long as I wished it would be. But overall I’m satisfied with my purchase for the price.

Great gimbal for the price. Once you download the app it is easy to operate. You do have to get used to your new angles and how fast you move but it has been enjoyable.

App Dependency & Resolution: Recording and tracking work exclusively through the Aochuan app. I was disappointed to find that the app did not offer a 4K video option for my Pixel 8 Pro. 3. Confusing "3-Axis" Claim: The technical specifications are a bit misleading. This gimbal features only two main rotating axis motors for stabilization. The third motor simply rotates the phone between landscape and portrait orientations. Other premium gimbals typically feature three actual stabilizing rotating motors, separate from the rotation motor. Who Should Buy This? 1. I had an issue with my device - a broken part - and I was willing to buy the replacement piece. Instead, I was shipped a whole new item even outside of the window when that would be expected. I am very impressed with the customer service. I haven't used the device much, but each time I have used it, I have had no issues. I only had to charge it once in 3 months, so it holds the charge very well.

Bought this product a few months ago tried it a couple of times and seemed to work until recently I tried to use it to make some content and it connects but the mechanical part just leaves my phone dangling even on a full charge. It may not be strong enough and I just use it with an iPhone 13 Pro.

Made quality is really good, doesn't feel cheap plastic at all. Could have some improvements like use it like a simple phone holder but whenever I try to keep it simple and steady the gimbal moves and make the shot difficult to keep at angle I want. Overall is a very good gimbal. And the seller is the best always keen to help and responsive.
