To get the attachments right you have to twist until there is a click
I am very pleased with this product, although did struggle to get the attachments to fit properly. I did not realise that they have to be twisted into place until there is a click - just thought that pressing the release button to put them in place and then letting that go would lock them into place. Instructions do not mention this for those of us who have not had this type of product before .Otherwise very happy with results. Parts do get very hot so be careful of fingers.

Not a bad product with exception of....
Bought these for a Christmas present and whilst most of the attachments are sturdy enough, the main brush one just doesn't lock properly and keeps falling out everytime she does her hair. It might be a design floor or merely a manufacture batch issue. Remmington are generally really good products so have marked it 3 stars as I am sure its just a glitch with this batch. Overall quality is ok and heats up really well. Will howeve have to return as unusable in its current state.

Easy to use after a little practice
Bought this for my mum for Christmas, it took a little practice to get it right but not she loves it as it gives her smoothness and volume without needing straightening irons all the time. She loves it that much that she’s recommended it to my sister too

Useless thing
What can I say it's rubbish the brush keeps coming off and it's so hot when you try to pick it up off the floor . Don't waste your money
