Really nice piece- a decorative and useful addition to any bathroom. The marble base is heavy, and the brushed nickel posts are substantial. The bars that make the "T" are not as thick but they are definitely enough to hold towels, Assembly was less than 30 minutes.

Easy to assemble. It’s wide enough for the towels to dry completely. The stand is sturdy and looks great in the bathroom.

This is great. Very sturdy, looks elegant. I would however like an option where it stands about 4inches taller. Larger sized bath towels folded hangs a bit too low to the floor. Otherwise it would be a 5 star

I agree with almost everything the reviewers say about this towel rack. However I do believe it would be much easier to assemble with a second person. I was pleasantly surprised with the weight of the marble base. Great product.

Great quality silver towel rack. Looks fantastic among my expensive bathroom fixtures. Very easy to put together. Highly recommend.

Pros: •Good size- easily holds 3 bath sheets (1 per rod) with a wash cloth each. Or 6 standard towels. •It's not easy to tip, since the base is a good weight. • Fits in to our small space easily Cons: •The structureal integrity- rods jiggle lose, so you either have to just deal with floppy rods, or constantly tighten then back on (at each junction). •The rods themselves aren't the best quality, especially for the price. Seems the highest quality component is the stone base. In summary- The price was a bit steep, to me, considering the quality and constant need for adjusting. While the function is there, and we've not had rust issues, the constant maintenance is annoying enough that I wouldn't turn away a better option, if one were to appear.

I discussed this a few times with my husband because we never had a free-standing towel rack before. We always put the towel racks on the wall. We recently moved and one of the bathrooms has tile on every wall and the a brick chimney on another. I really didn't want to put holes in any of that for fear I would only change things in the future. I read the reviews on-line for this item and they said that the base was heavy and it was sturdy overall. I decided to give it a try and it is. I have oversized and heavy bath towels and it holds them like a champ without wobbling or moving.

Der Handtuchhalter selbst macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und sieht im Bad wirklich schick aus. Bei meiner ersten Lieferung hatte allerdings eine der Stangen einen kleinen Macken. Deshalb habe ich den Hersteller über die Homepage kontaktiert – was anfangs etwas seltsam war, da weder ein Impressum noch klare Infos zu finden waren und auch die erste Antwortmail etwas ungewöhnlich wirkte. Dieser erste Eindruck hat sich aber komplett ins Gegenteil gewandelt. Der Support war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich bemüht. Ohne Diskussion wurde mir sofort eine komplette Neulieferung angeboten. Ich wurde über jeden Schritt informiert, fühlte mich durchgehend gut betreut und der Austausch lief absolut reibungslos. Die Ersatzlieferung kam dann in perfektem Zustand an. Sowohl der Artikel als auch der Kundenservice verdienen ein großes Lob. Eigentlich würde ich gerne mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben.
