horrible product. Taste is awful, for some reason the coconut looks grey and texture is far from being creamy. Recipes turn too watery and soggy and can't seem to find a recipe where I can use this. I cannot even consume it on it's own because again, it doesn't taste good. this was a complete waste of money

We love this product and were excited when we saw it available on Amazon, as we have to drive an hour to find it in the grocery store. However, shipping times are terrible! it often takes 10-14 days after its ordered to be shipped and then a few days to arrive. It never ships when they say it will. I guess im going back to purchasing it at the grocery store.

I bought a flat once, and it was creamy and thick, and priced well, I bought another flat, of course expecting a similar product. This flat was weird, there is very little cream, and it doesn't mix well and there are lumps. I am really disappointed and with no returns, I'll use what I have but not buy again. Wonder what happened to the quality?

This "cream" simply won't get creamy for me. I've stirred it, heated it, blended it, chilled it and it is like it's hard coconut oil fat clumps in a puddle of a coconut water/milk liquid. I warmed the mess enough to melt the fat and blended it so I could use it in a "mousse" recipe and it wouldn't firm up. Had to partially freeze it and eat it like a slushy. Despite my efforts, it seems it will never acquire the creaminess I've so enjoyed from other organic coconut cream brands. I will switch back, despite the cost.

I was looking for coconut cream, but this one is a simple coconut milk
