This might be the gold standard for people with chloramine infused tap water.

Been using this for years, always works fast and completely. I won't use ANY other products for this problem!

My small pond gold fish have thrived now for almost 15 years using this product. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and there was something less potent in the water, perhaps chlorine… I really don't know. I did hear that the chlorine would evaporate with the water molecules and would not become toxic. I do know that a few years back this area switched to a product called something like Chloronol. It would somehow bind the chemical to the water and it would become toxic as the water evaporated building a stronger substance. My fish became lethargic and sank to the bottom. I went to the aquarium supply and they sold me a bottle of this. After changing the toxic water and using this product I have never had another problem. I used to buy drinking water in the five gallon containers and it was expensive and a lot of work hauling these around. Now when the water evaporates from the pool, I just fill the jug with hose water, add twenty five drops of AmQuel and there ya go! It's a great product and I highly recommend this for your fresh water fish.

works great for my gardening and aquarium projects strangely enough there are warnings for cancer patients not to drink it which is some how making me want to drink it?
