I like this phone. It has weight to it. It feels comfortable in my hand and it looks good ( Italian design ) . The screen is clear and responsive. It arrived ready charged and and was easy to set up. Picture quality on iplayer was top notch and sound was crystal clear through speakers with surprisingly good bass through headphones. Battery life good at 51% after 24 hours ( 12 hours playing with it ). After more consistent usage , the battery life, helped by some clever technology , is 5 days before you need to consider recharging it.Downside ? Getting the back off to insert the SIM was a bit of a struggle. You need to prise it apart at the corner and pull quite firmly. There was also a second back ( or case protector ? ) supplied. It flew out of my hands and bounced on the hard floor but not a mark on it - so robust.( I initially thought The wall charger supplied was not the correct pin type for UK sockets but I was wrong. A friend pointed out the screws that need to be undone and the middle pin lifted up . My mistake and I leave this so others don't make the same mistake.) and ,of course, it has the standard USB connectors to charge through a laptop and I expect it works with most standard adaptors.I hovered between 4 and 5 stars because of this but it is so much better than my now redundant firephonethat I dropped on 5. Very happy and more so by the day.

Really great phone for an excellent value! The handset itself is nicely designed and has a good weight to it so it feels sturdy in your hands. It has a large sized screen with high definition display and performes at a an excellent speed. Another feature which I love is the dual sim which allows me to have both UK sim and my Lyca mobile SIM card so I can conveniently contact my relatives and friends back at home. All in all, a great purchase!

Great phoneBought this initially just to load apps onto as my other phone had an old android version and many apps were not compatible.But I now use this as my main phone.I have also bought one for my partner.For the price you can not go wrong.

Tried this phone for Pokemon Go battery lasted me a long time between 8-12 hours a full day worth of use to me with somewhat heavy use very good phone for the price point and well worth considering as either a spare or first android phone or something just to use for games like Pokemon Go which takes up alot of battery life normally

I had to return it because it would not accept my pin number, Amazons technical guy tried to unlock it over their chat line but in the end advised me to return , bad phone but brilliant service from Amazon.

short on instructions for me (85 years old), not up with all modern technical gadgets, doesn't appear to have sim card , if essential, why not. please could you enlighten me on what is needed, instructions very sparse. Phone itself seems o.k., but not able to give accurate opinion, as not able to get it going - better instructions PLEASE. John Henley
