Skar Audio TX35 3.5" 120W 2-Way Elite Coaxial Car Speakers, Pair

Literal plug and play. These replaced a set of DD 2.75” speakers that went out in my 1984 Chrysler fifth avenue. Day 2 and they’re great. No complaints as far as corridos go. Still breaking them in before I play music with bass. They fit perfect but fyi the towers on the speakers in the middle are not flush to the rest of the speaker. That was my mistake overlooking that aspect. Power for what I paid to me is worth it. The value is there. If they last me a year like the DD ones I replaced I’ll be happy. I’d buy them again!

Awesome speakers! Installed these in the dash of my 04 Dodge Ram and they sound amazing! Theyre louder than the door speakers. Would absolutely buy again.

I put these 3.5-inch speakers in my 2014 Ram dash to replace the factory pair, and the compact size made the swap pretty straightforward without modification which was nice with the bigger magnet. The dome tweeters are the highlight for me. Highs come through crisp and detailed without getting harsh, and vocals sound noticeably cleaner than they did with my old speakers. They also handle factory power well. I can turn the volume up without hearing obvious distortion or sounding like the speakers are struggling. The build feels solid for such a small speaker, and they worked well as a simple factory-system upgrade. My biggest complaint is the mid bass. They sound a little thin in that area, the factory speakers definitely had a better midrange sound.

The front dash speakers in my 2017 RAM 1500 with the 10 speaker Alpine system, we're cracking enough I had to replace them. I was all over the place researching what was the best bang for the buck. My research told me to 2.3 to 3 Ohm speakers, at first. So I looked at the stock ones and saw that they were 8 Ohm.?. That's according to the OEM parts house. So I bought the SKAR TX35. You want talk about a night and day difference. Great voice and crisp highs. I would recommend and buy any. Especially, that I had to buy 2 pair and have 1 floating around lol!

They are pretty damn smooth and deliver solid sound quality with no crackling or buzzing from cone.

Highly impressed. It's only been a couple days since I installed these and they already increased the tonal range in the stock alpine in my Dodge Charger. With every use the speakers round out more and more. I would think after a couple more days, they would be broken in and playing to their potential. Mental note, they are a tall set of speakers. Check your clearances. Also, adapter terminals for the connectors are really helpful in terms of installation.

2019 ram 1500, got 2 12" Skar subs and amp, gave me that bass, needed to balance it out with some dash tweeters. Night and day difference. Not sure if I even need to upgrade the door speakers anymore as the system sounds great. (maybe just the rear doors as the lack of tweeters mudds up the sound for the rear seat passengers) Definitely recommend, sounds great even with the factory amp.

I put these speakers in a 2024 Silverado, the choice of 2 3/4” speakers is not very good. So I opted to put these 3 1/2” in and they fit after a little trimming. They sound100 times better than the factory Bose speakers.
