Quality product, but you need to connect the end caps on the uv tube and not just wire the cable to the power supply. Was new water mixed with old pond water when the unit was fitted and unfortunately it turned green after a few days. Another few days to work out why but once connected it soon turned clear.

our local pond 'exoert' laughed when he saw this and said it wouldn't work. Well it does and it works well. We inherited a pond when we moved house and the previous owners took the filter with them (grr!) the pond water soon became filthy (no idea why the fish didn't die!) but being new to this had no idea what to go for. After a lot of research and conflicting advice i went for this coz it looked good value. The water was clear in about a week and I'm very happy. Just need a pond vac now because the filth at the base of the pond is now very visible!

Just received the product. My current Oasis works really well so went for the same but larger version. I am changing the filter box because the quartz UV lamp surround tube broke and almost emptied my pond. A one of ??? I hoped! I have gone for the bigger brother as the pond always stays clear. The Oasis 25 arrived with a shrapnel of glass which I was lucky to see. I checked the top box and the quartz tube was broken. I am still going to use it it but I fear the quartz is a pond emptying weak spot. I will be watching carefully but to be honest, not being comfortable, not too good. I will write further reports if the tube breaks in service and I hope Oasis see this report.

The water in my pond started to clear after 3 weeks and by 6 weeks it is far better than my pond has ever been.The water is clear and we can now see the fish!!!! I would say you need to be patient as the water does take a time to become clear. I do like the product and have no regrets about buying this.My pond is 3ft deep,it is clear to about 17ins in depth,I wonder if it will clear to the bottom of the pond.My pond is about 6500 ltrs.

Does the job I hope only been filtering the pond for 5days and there is an improvement in the clarity of the water.

After viewing many uv filter boxes, I'm glad I chose this on.The separate filter compartments and tap to empty bottom or top are much more easy to access if you have slight mobility issues like me.This filter box cleared a 2500 gallon pond within 48 hrs to crystal clear water and hardly any residue in filter box.Excellent product.

This items was not fit for purpose when I took it out of box there was a piece of plastic which has come off the lid and the UV bulb holder was broken and the bulb was also broken and another part was missing So those are the reasons why I am returning this items thanks Harry
