Amazing mug and amazing service.
I'm blown away on how amazing the mug looks, my photos aren't blurry cos I made sure I sent photos that's good quality!!! Much better than I thought, mug doesn't feel cheap at all. For the price it is you cannot go wrong!! If pay more for this mug and I will be going back to order myself one!The service was outstanding! The seller was understanding when I took a little while to reply due to family problems at that time, he took interest in my life and understood! Then the seller also sent me a hand written letter thanking me. This experience I have will be shared to everyone on fb because everyone needs this mug!

I was disappointed with the overall look
Can't fault the company customet service they were extremely patient and helpful whilst I was trying to down load and send photos.I was disappointed with the overall look. The mug was a cheap white one but I wouldn't have minded the mug being of poor quality if the photos had of been good. The photos were very small and some were blurred ... IBigger photos and not as many all around the cup would have been much clearer...

Great Gift!

Not to happy with it
The photos are small and a little blurry, I asked for something written on the mug too but it wasn't done. Not to happy with it unfortunately
