DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE - buyer beware please see review
After less than 8 months this hose is garbage, kinks like no other and splitting in multiple locations. Did I mention it kinks? The rubber material is light weight and of poor quality. It is the worst hose I have ever purchased and will never buy another goodyear hose product again. WASTE OF MONEY, look at some other brands out there and read the reviews.

strong, heavy, does kink a lot , but a good hose.
so far , so good, there were about 12 kinks in this long hose, but i expected it and it doesn't leak at the faucet , and that's a blessing, also i have been watering my plants, and trees with a watering can, so this is a great improvement, yes it's heavy, but i'm use to the old fashioned real garden hoses like this one, and black looks good with my dark bakyard furniture.

Kinks easily. This is not the Goodyear hose that you bought at Home Depot
Nice fittings and it's... pretty? Cuz you know.... THAT'S critical to me for the performance of a hose in my yard. This thing will end up being the conduit between the working hoses that you actually use. This thing is reinforced... but it kinks easily and I would not buy it again. We swapped it out for a static hose and used the other for what we wanted this one to do. So, be warned. It's a good hose... but roll it up and enjoy that experience.... and then when you drag it across the yard to use it?... you'll not see any water out of the end until you retrace your steps and find out where it's kinked.

I've had one of these hoses for 6-7 years out back, and had to replace my cheap green one on the front of my house, so I knew I was going to get the same product I got for my backyard. It just lasts...

Kinks terribly and exploded. Do not buy.
The connections are beastly. I love how easy it is to screw onto the spigot. It’s lightweight. My complaint is that it kinks VERY easily and when it does water flow stops immediately.Update: after about a year of use I’ve changed my rating to one star. The kinking gets worse with time. I can barely move it around without the water completely stopping. It is infuriating. Do not buy.Two year update: the hose just burst under normal water pressure. This has gotten light use because I hate it so much. Now it’s going in the trash. What a waste of materials and time.DO NOT BUY. PLEASE....
