Trespass Impact Padded Impact Short

I first learned to snowboard two years ago and came away from the week with a badly bruised tailbone, but luckily no permanent damage. For our holiday this year I prepared myself with a pair of these shorts and what a difference they made. Despite quite a few falls on my bum, I came away this time without any pain or bruising in my tailbone. Not only did they save the pain, but knowing that I had the protection gave me greater confidence and actually made it easier to continue learning to board.I found that they did not restrict my movement to any great degree. In fact, most of the time I was hardly aware that I was wearing them. I would highly recommend these, especially for snowboard beginners. They will make your experience much more enjoyable.

These have padding in the same places as the much more expensive Alpinestars kart shorts and work just as well. The coccyx protection is vital as hitting the frame or seat bottom on a kerb is an unpleasant experience otherwise. The hip protection nicely wedges you in place in the seat, vital for endurance racing when changing seat inserts with driver changes takes too long. They have absorbed some big side impacts with not so much as a bruise to show for it. Wouldn’t be without them (or a rib protector and neck brace for that matter). UK sizing is a bonus too. Sizing is about right. I have a 36” waist and Large is a perfect fit. After a year and a half of weekly use, they are still in great condition. I machine wash on 30 degrees with no issues.

I bought these as was fed up with the pain from falling on the dry slope. First time I fell I was so happy to not be in pain. Good protection for tailbone (needed for snow boarding).Need to make sure they fit under your snow trousers though as they are quite bulky - hence the minus 1star!

Great value for money have protected me after 1 ride. So comfortable to wear. I thought they would have made me sweat but no. Highly recommended. Good fit too

I bought this to protect my tailbone and help cushion falls while learning how to roller skate for the first time. Padding is quite bumpy and sturdy, seems quite durable. I've fallen a couple of times and it's still in perfect condition, worn quite a bit the last few months and still holds up incredibly well. I recommend. I'm female and this product works just as well for females. Make sure to look at size chart.

Got these as a first time snowboarder, as I didn't want to spend much on something I might never do again. Worth every penny.I'll start with the cons: sizing is weird and felt too baggy on the bottom and too tight on the top (I'm a ladies UK 12 and got these in a Medium). This could be offset by not doing the velcro too tight and wearing ski pants with braces to keep them up (which I did), or thermals over the top if it's cold enough (Morzine was WAY too hot for thermals). They are also not very breathable which meant I was peeling them off me at the end of everyday and having to dry the sweat off them.The pros are that they saved my butt. I fell hard on my coccyx on my second day, and letterboxed the mountain on impact. Had I not been wearing these it would have been MUCH worse. It also made subsequent falls much softer.For a first-timer, if you don't want to spend much but want to make sure your bottom is protected, these will do just fine. I might go for a comfier pair for my second trip!

Bought these for snowboarding holiday, luckily didn't fall over too much but when I did these really did the trick as came away with no injuries, not even any soreness. Fit well, Velcro fastening so adjustable and comfortable and most importantly they do the trick and stop you from hurting yourself. Definitely recommend.

I used these for a week of snowboarding knowing full well I would spend a lot of time falling onto them! They are definitely designed for men, but the fit was good. For the most part, they offer great protection but I had a couple of falls were the padding was not so effective, this is specifically is at the back of the sides.

Je fais 1.70m et 75 kg, j’ai commandé M. J’ai vu que je nageais un peu dedans, c’est bien pour le confort mais pour ce type d’équipement, il vaut mieux que ce soit bien ajusté voire que ça serre une peu pour que les protections soient efficaces. Dans mon cas j’ai peur qu’elles tournent même si le pantalon de ski ou de vtt par dessus aide à le maintenir. Donc je vais le retourner pour prendre un S. Difficile de se faire une idée car le guide de tailles ne fonctionne pas pour cet article.
