Easy book
It is a fairly basic straight forward book. Wich there was some more seasoning on the recipes. I would recomend this book for someone who is new to meal planning. It’s an easy read. I did incidentally end up with another unrelated book in the middle of the cookbook!

Duplicate Recipes
I ordered this cookbook thinking I would gain more recipes to my repertoire for high protein meals. Unfortunately I went immediately to make a shopping list using the 7 Day meal plan where I quickly noticed that the page number references were wrong, which then lead me to realize there are repeated recipes like Chicken Caesar Salad listed as a lunch and a Dinner - with only adding tomatoes and doubling the serving size for the dinner… These errors caused me to question the validity of all the information including nutrition facts, so I looked to see who wrote the book and it says “Krupa & Krish” with no information on who the heck they are! I agree with the other reviewer - this was generated by AI and was the cost of a hardcover legit cookbook! Guess I will have pretend I am a investigative reporter before buying anymore cookbooks…

Recipes are amazing, you can mix and match to create your goal of achieving 100g+ protein a day. I try to get between 100g and 120g daily.

While going through this book, I realized very quickly that the images for each recipe didn't exactly match the ingredients listed. Food was shown served on wraps that didn't exist or with side dishes not mentioned.There were also numerous recipes that were near identical, simply swapping a single ingredient or two (like 2 glazed salmon recipes whose only difference was sugar instead of honey?)Ultimately, it read like an AI written recipe book with creative commons images that "best represent" each recipe. You could get the same out of chatgpt with minimal effort.
