A Rubbish Con job !
This product is very expensive - and incredibly disappointing. I feel totally conned into thinking such an expensive product would be good. Please - do not throw away your money on this product !! ( I’m not bitter and twisted. Every other product I’ve received from Amazon I’ve praised because I’ve been variously pleased - even delighted !) but, somewhat crudely expressed, this product is absolutely crap ! Rubbish. I painstakingly followed the instructions to the letter. TEN applications later, the bedroom still reeks of my wife’s incontinence urine ! I reiterate …do not buy this utterly WORTHLESS product !

It works!
I used it for removal of awful smell in the house I bought after an elderly lady passed away there. I was disappointed that the smell was still there the next day but day 2 and there was significant difference. The bio digest continued to work for several days and after a week we re sprayed following the instructions. I will be moving in next week. 10 days ago I was ready to re-sell but bio digest really works. It is worth the cost.

Didnt work that well for me
I have now applied this very heavily to aome wooden decking and still the smell remains despite the cost its not worked out for me

Very effective solution to urine soaked floor boards.
Very impressed with this stuff. We were considering ripping up flooring boards but after application I’m happy to let the room again with no worries.
