So far so good. I’ve had two of these for a few weeks now and we love them. I’d say They’re bigger than most bathroom soap dispensers but they’re not too big. Less refilling! They came beautifully boxed and even come with a chalk label to put on it if you choose. They look very nice, I would buy again.

I like the look/style, but the push mechanism is a bit stiff, which means more soap spurts out than you want (i.e. you can't control the push down, so you can't have just a little soap come out). This means I'm wasting soap. Too bad--it's a nice looking dispenser.

I've used this now for a few months and can confirm the quality is great. Doesn't rust (mine stays wet a lot), the silver pump is real metal (not sure if it contains plastic parts inside - but so far has held up really well). The chalk label is not affixed to the bottle itself, so if you're like me and didn't want a country-chic feel, you can just throw it away. Will purchase again if needed for guest bathroom in the future.

I bought this to replace a ceramic hand soap dispenser with a plastic pump, that I bought 15 YEARS ago @ Target. The pump finally got brittle, so I looked at replacements & thought this product would measure up. NOT SO. I'm really disappointed in this product. I have it at my kitchen sink for hand soap. Pushing down on the pump destabilizes the unit. The pump action "stutters", making it more unstable. The resulting amount of soap dispenser is disappointing. I will be looking for a replacement pump to fit my nice, sturdy, ceramic, 15 year-old Target unit which I saved because I was afraid this would be the case if I tried to replace it. In that way my expectation was met, ifnot exceeded.

I like this container for my dish soap, however, the spout is straight facing outward, so the soap shoots straight out across the sink. It would be better/more useful if the spout faced downward so you could put the sponge or item to wash under it instead of trying to block it from going everywhere! Maybe it has to be straight so it won't clog up??

This bottle is nice looking and seems well made, but I’ve only had it a month so I don’t know how durable it really is. The pump isn’t always the easiest to use, you have to push pretty hard to get soap out and sometimes it just about sprays it across the room. Still, it doesn’t seem to leak like some other pumps I’ve tried.

I like the glass bottle (won’t rust like other styles), and the metal pump is a nice idea but unfortunately that did not play out well. The pump was sticky out of the box; even on the very first fill of soap the plunger was sticky and would not easily pop back up. After about a week of use a crack began showing on the side of the metal pump and now the plunger does not return at all. I'll be throwing this away soon and looking for different manufacturer. #Disappointed
