Outlines For Perfect Lips
This lip liner is creamy and well defines the outline of my aging lips to finish off with Tarte’s plumping lip products. The soft pink mixes well with whatever lip gloss or lipstick I use. It gives a soft, pretty pink appearance and most importantly, doesn’t disappears in a few hours. It really lasts all day.

Color is great. Pencil did not seem to last very long making it even more expensive.

Perfect
I've tried so many lip liners over the years....but this one gets my vote. Easy to apply, looks super natural and does enhance my lip line. I bought an extra just to have it as I can't live without this product. Really like the Tarte line of products too. Never disappoint.
